Description

Herstellung von Dauermagneten Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von Eisen-Kobalt-Wolfram/Molybdän-Sinterlegierungen für die Herstellung von Dauermagneten.Manufacture of Permanent Magnets The invention relates to the use of iron-cobalt-tungsten / molybdenum sintered alloys for the production of permanent magnets.

Iron-cobalt-molybdenum and tungsten containing alloys are already there known, also in the compositions described later. For the alloy composition therefore no protection is claimed.

Derartige Legierungen, z. Such alloys, e.g. B. with the composition 7 5 to 8 o% Iron, Io% cobalt and I o to I 5% tungsten or molybdenum have been used to make current feed wires used for glass vessels. It has also already been recognized that these alloys are precipitation hardenable are and are dedicated to the manufacture of hard cutting tools or wear-resistant Tools. After all, in order to achieve the best quality values, one already has suggested the 2 to 40 0/0 tungsten and 2 to 40% cobalt, nickel or manganese to heat containing iron alloys to temperatures above 900 ° C, to cool quickly and to be tempered at 4oo to 8oo ° C. There is therefore no for this heat treatment either Protection claimed.

It has now been found that the known alloys, preferably those of the following compositions 4o to 6o%, especially 47% iron, 20 - 30%, - 3o% tungsten and / or molybdenum and 2o - 3o%, especially 23% o cobalt after the heat treatment known per se, which preferably consists of the following stages: sintering for 1 to 2 hours of the molding pressed from the powdered starting materials in a reducing atmosphere at about i oo to i 500 ° C., quenching and then, at least one hour: tempering between 600 to 700'C, result in alloys with good permanent magic properties,
