Oberlederrand Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schuhwerk
mit auswärts: gerichtetem Oberlede-rrand mit elastischer Sohle ohne vorheriges Aufzwicken
und ohne jede Anwendung von Klammern, Täcksen u. d.-1. Nach der Erfindung wird zunächst
ein genau der Schuhgröße und Sohlenform angepaßter Schaft hergestellt und mit einer
vorderen sowie einer hinteren Versteifungskappe und einem diese überdeckenden Futter
versehen. Diese gesamte noch flach liegende Zusammenstellung wird dann aus freier
Hand ohne jedes Aufzwicken zugleich mit zwei Sohlen, nämlich einer Mittelsohle und
einer darauf angeordneten, nach Farbe u. dgl. mit dem Schuhfutter passenden Brandsohle,
zusammengehalten und ringsum durch eine Doppelsteppnaht verbunden. Der so vorgerichtete,
bis auf die Laufsohle fertige Schuh wird dann, wie bekannt, aufgeleistet und mit
der Laufsohle versehen, und zwar zweckmäßig in bekannter Weise durch Aufkleben der
Laufsohle auf die Zwischensohle. Diese Arbeitsweise bietet den Vorteil, daß ein
gut aussehender Schuh mit elastischer Sohle ohne jede Zwiclarbeit und somit auch
unter Ersparung der für die Zwickerei erforderlichen Maschinensätze sowie ohne Benutzung
von Stiften, Klammern u. dgl. hergestellt werden kann. Es ergibt sich somit bei
einfacher Arbeitsweise ein Schuh von gutem Aussehen und guter Beschaffenheit. Es
-ist bekannt, daß man bei Sandalen das Oberleder mit einer Zwischensohle durch eine
Naht verbindet, welche beim Ablösen der durchgelaufenen Laufsohle das Oberleder
in seiner Form erhält. Es ist auch schon vorgeschlagen worden, Straßenschuhe in
der Weise herzustellen, daß man :einen mit Versteifungskappen und Futter versehenen,
an Spitze und Ferse vorgeformten Schaft an der Spitze mit einer Zwischensohle zusammennäht,
danach mittels eines Leistens den Schaft in Form bringt und an den Seiten mit der
Zwischensohle vernäht, worauf die Laufsohle angedoppelt wird. Dieser Vorschlag ist
aber praktisch unverwertet geblieben, weil das mehrfache teilweise Nähen der Zwischensohle
die saubere Herstellung unmöglich macht oder doch so erschwert, daß diese Arbeitsweise
nicht in Betracht kommen kann. Außerdem konnte aber bei dieser bekannten Arbeitsweise
das umständliche und teure Aufz%vicken nicht vermieden werden. Demgegenüber wird
beim Erfindungsgegenstand das Vorformen der Spitze und Ferse und die dazu notwendige
