Description
Die Erfindung· bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Befestigen von Kugellagern aus gepreßtem Blech mit schalenförmig ausgebildetem Außenlaufring, der einen -zylindrisehen und einen als Laufbahn für die Kugeln entsprechend gekrümmten Teil aufweist. Vorzugsweise handelt es sich um ein Kugellager von kleinen Abmessungen, das bei Uhren, Zählern, Kleinmotoren u. dgl. Anwendung finden kann. Derartige aus gepreßtem Blech, hergestellte Kugellager sind in der Herstellung billiger als die bei den. genannten Anwendungsgebieten vielfach verwendeten Steinlager. Zweck der Erfindung war, solche Lager auch in möglichst einfacher und billiger Weise an Ort und Stelle befestigen zu können, und erfindungsgemäß erfolgt die Befestigung einfach durch Eindrücken, so daß das Lager im Preßsitz festgehalten wird. Um eine solche Befestigungsweise zu ermöglichen, ohne die Ronfähigkeit des Lagers . durch Faltenbildung in der den Mantel des einen' Rotationskörpers darstellenden Rollfläche zu beeinträchtigen, wird nur der zylindrische Teil des Außenlaufringes in eine Bohrung des Lagertragkörpers hinieingedrückt, um hier das Lager lediglich infolge der Elastizität dieses zylindrischen Teiles festzuhalten.
