Die Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Verbesserung des Halters nach Patent 630,149.
Während bei diesem in dem Falle, daß das Besenholz so stärk schwindet, daß der Sitz
des Halters in der Mitte des Besenholzes sich lockern würde, ein Zusammenklopfen
oder -drücken seiner Falze erforderlich ist, ist dies beim Gegenstand der Erfindung
nicht nötig. Erreiclit wird dies dadurch, daß für die Auflaufkanten des Halters
an den Seitenflächen des Besen- oder Schrubberholzes mehrere übereinanderliegende
Paare von Auflaufflächen vorgesehen sind, wobei diese Auflaufflächen als Rillen
in den Seitenflächen des Besen-oder Schrubberholzes ausgebildet sind, während die
Entfernung der Rillen der einzelnen Paare verschieden ist. Der Halter kann nun zunächst
auf dasjenige Rillenpaar aufgeschoben werden, dessen Rillen die geringste gegenseitige
Entfernung haben. Wenn das Besen-oder Schrubberholz so stark schwindet, daß der
Halter in diesem Rillenpaar sich lockert, so kann er auf das nächste Rillenpaar,
dessen Rillen eine größere gegenseitige Entfernung haben, aufgeschoben werden und
sitzt dort wieder fest. 1#

Das Besenholz a ist in bekannter Weise mit in kleinem Winkel zueinander
verlaufenden Längsseitenflächen versehen, welche zwei oder mehr Paare von Auflaufrillen
d bzw. f aufweisen, deren Boden die Auflaufflächen für die Falzkanten
d -der Bügelplatte b bilden. Die Bügelplatte b ist mit einer
Tülle c zum Einsetzen des Stieles versehen und ist breiter ausgebildet als das Besenholz,
so daß ihre Falze dessen Längsseitenflächen frei übergreifen und nur mit den Falzkantend

beieinanderliegenden Auflaufflächen sich infolge Schwund des Holzes gelockert hat.
