PATENTAMTPATENT OFFICE

With the help of the present running wheel shoe one can move in the fastest way on straights "U. sw. By virtue of the leg splint attached to it, everyone is immediately able to use this shoe, so that it appears suitable not only for sports purposes but also as a consumer article The running wheel shoe consists of the skate-like upper part a, which is fastened to the boot with screws and straps. On this part α there are now two bearing plates b and c, in which, as in Figs. 1, 2 and 3, only one wheel is located c? or, as in Figs. 4, 5 and 6, two wheels e and f, or finally, as in Figs. 7, 8 and 9, three wheels g hi are mounted. These wheels, which of course can be of any size, have a ring made of rubber, which is a smooth running even on stones and so permits (Fig. 10 and 11). Behind the rear wheel a double lever is mounted k which, when it is intended to run to interrupt serves as a brake in such a way that he au f presses the rubber ring of the wheel when you place its lower part on the ground (Fig. 3 and 5). The adjustable leg brace / is attached to the rear part of the shoe, and its length can be adjusted as required (Figs. 13 and 14). It is put around the leg with the upper ring-shaped part m with a pad and strapped into place (Fig. 12). This avoids the dangerous kinking of the feet and the whole shoe has become a very useful article. The forms shown in FIGS. 1 to 18 are added to the designs of the running wheel shoe shown by FIGS. 1 to 14. 17 and 18 show the shoe with a large running wheel η in front of the plate a, while the smaller wheel 0 is again under the plate α . As a result, a deeper and thus more solid position of the plate α is achieved and the foot is better protected against material. Still another embodiment finally show FIGS. 1 5 and 16, in which the two wheels η and 0 before respectively. lie behind the plate α. Here the foot can assume the lowest position.
