der Gummiball gleichzeitig zusammengedrückt, so daß die Flüssigkeit aus der Kanüle
ausfließt. Hier ergibt sich der Nachteil, daß der erforderliche Spüldruck für die
Flüssigkeit durch einen erheblichen Druck auf den Gummiball erzeugt werden muß,
so daß ein leichtes Regeln des Flüssigkeitsdruckes- nicht möglich ist und die Handhabung
des Gerätes erschwert. Ferner kann der Gummiball nicht die für den fraglichen Zweck
