Die Erfindung betrifft einen in ein Liegemöbel unwandelbaren Sessel, dessen Rückenlehne durch eine in ein Zahnbogenstück eingreifende Stellvorrichtung in beliebiger Schräglage einstellbar und dessen Sitzpolster so am Polstersitz angelenfet ist, daß es nach vorn in die waagerechte Lage abklappbar ist. Bei bekannten Sesseln dieser Bauart ist jedoch die Möglichkeit der Polsterung der Sitz- und Liegeflächen dadurch beschränkt, daß beim Hochklappen der Rückenlehne diese hinter dem Sitzpolster Platz finden muß. Es muß deshalb die Rückenlehne schwach gepolstert sein, oder das Sitzpolster muß verhältnismäßig kurz gehalten sein. Dieses, gilt auch von der zweiseitigen Polsterung des Sitzes.
