Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 3. Juni 1934 abPatented in the German Empire on June 3, 1934
The invention relates to switching mechanisms,
in which the switching elements are controlled so that they can be used during the switching period
are firmly connected to the switched part.
The invention relates to a switching mechanism in which such a fixed connection
between the switching parts duixh washers with oppositely inclined clamping surfaces
and a common clamping body running on a cylindrical part
is thereby effected that the rotational position of the disks is changed relative to one another and
such a wedging of the clamp body takes place. The invention is described below
Hand out a drawing for example.
The switching mechanism consists of three disks mi, t oppositely inclined clamping surfaces, of which l l and I 2 work to the right and the middle one, ni, to the left. Disk m has an approach for connection to the shift rod. All three disks are coupled by the camshaft ο and are located in the housing / 7. The camshaft ο is also supported by its pin in the housing n. There is a shoulder on the housing for attaching the push rod. The approach of the disk m protrudes through a slot in the housing (Fig. 3). A distinction must be made between the shift rod, which is attached to the disk m , and the actual push rod on the housing. Fig. 1 shows the rear derailleur in neutral. The locking rollers r are sealed off by the panes to the right and left; they cannot perform a clamping effect. If num. The work 'is switched on by the switch rod located on disk m , then the following process takes place: The disk tn is turned slightly to the left, but because it is coupled to the other two disks P and I- by the camshaft ο , they turn a little to the right. This pushes the locking rollers r against the cylindrical derailleur part (Fig. 2). Only now does the actual movement of the rear derailleur through the push rod, which is attached to the housing, begin. In addition to its own movement, the shift rod must join in with the pushing movement of the push rod. Regardless of whether the movement is directed to the right or to the left, in any case the clamping effect occurs immediately without a dead walk. Before the rear derailleur works retrograde, it must be switched off. The disks are therefore turned back into their basic position. The type of attachment and Ausfülimmg the push and Schaltstangeiii depends on the use of the switchgear.
