Difficulties arise when grinding fine-grain materials in beater mills
result, because the blower action of the impact wheel in the grinding chamber
strong negative pressure is generated, which extends to the conveyor belt of the feeder
continues. This has the consequence that the regulation of the feed quantity on the one hand by the
Speed of the conveyor belt and, on the other hand, by adjusting the dumping height
can practically no longer be carried out if very fine-grained goods, for example
Grudekoks to be married. As a result of the negative pressure on the conveyor belt
. namely the dump height controls and the speed controls have no influence
more, the grist supply, but the negative pressure tears a much larger amount of grist
into the grinding chamber as the ao respective setting of the dump height and
of the feed. The fines are simply torn away over the belt
and in this way cause harmful overloading of the mills. as To avoid the disadvantages described
it is proposed according to the invention that between the feed device and grinding chamber
arranged from funnel-shaped arranged metal lock devices
are that allow the grist to enter the grinding chamber unhindered, but the propagation of the prevailing in the grinding chamber
Prevent negative pressure on the feed device. These funnel-shaped sheets are expedient to increase
the final effect arranged mutually offset.
In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand derIn the drawing, the subject is the
Invention illustrated by an example. The raw material fed into the feed hopper α reaches a chute d leading to the grinding chamber c by means of the conveyor belt &.
After the grinding has been completed, the grinding stock is sucked out of the grinding chamber c by the grinder fan into the classifier e. The negative pressure resulting from this and the suction effect of the impact wheel f in the grinding chamber c would propagate to the feeding device and tear the ground material from there into the 5 "grinding chamber without any regulation, so that the arrangement of the pouring height regulator g would be completely illusory, if a lock device h were not provided in the chute d according to the invention. The lock device h consists of individual flat sheets i and k, which are placed in a funnel shape in several rows on top of each other so-tight manner, that the negative pressure can no longer continue until the conveyor belt. the smuggling of course, the more hoppers are connected in series so as to more effectively. to increase the locking effect are the Blechet and also k staggered such that the grinding material from the end of a sheet i on the end e of a sheet k arrives and from here again to the end of a sheet i -usf., so that a zigzag path and a veil of ground material corresponding to this is created, which prevents any penetration of air. As a result, only that amount of material to be ground gets into the grinding chamber c that is regulated by the setting of the advance for the conveyor belt b and the Schütthöhertfegler g . Overloading the mill is thus reliably avoided.
