Quick wound dressing The subject matter of the invention is a quick wound dressing,
the one made of a highly elastic, thin one provided with slit-shaped recesses
There is a rubber band that is attached to one end with a compress of bandage material or the like.
is provided. The compress can be impregnated: such dressings are in particular
of great value for injuries to fingers, arms and legs. As a result of their washability
they can always be kept clean and used repeatedly.
gewährleistet. Auf der Zeichnung ist Fig. i eine Ansicht der Innenseite eines Fingerschnellverbandes;

Linien cl (Fig. i) angedeutet ist.
In the embodiment shown in Fig. I, the rapid bandage consists of three main parts: the upper part A, which has the greatest width and on the inside of which a hemostatic gauze compress a is attached. Part A is followed by the somewhat narrower part B. Part B is used to produce the bandage winding. In order to achieve the effects mentioned at the beginning, the bandage is provided with a slot b1 of about 1 to 1.5 mm in width essentially over the entire length of part B. Instead of this one slot, several slots of any length and arrangement can be provided. Instead of a central slot b1, two laterally lying and somewhat narrower slots bz can also be provided, as is indicated by the dashed lines in FIG. At the extreme end of the wound dressing is finally part C, which is in turn narrower than part B and is used to produce the dressing attachment in the manner described below. The long sides of the part C can also be drawn in, as indicated by the dotted lines cl (FIG. I). Since the rapid bandage consists of a very thin and highly elastic rubber, it is necessary that at the points d, where part A merges into the narrower part B, and at the points e, where the part B merges into the narrowest closure part C, the The transition takes place gradually and with the use of strongly rounded corner curvatures (shape of a chamfer).
f keine Schwierigkeiten bereitet. The gauze compress a is placed on the injury to the finger or the like,

is put on, one grabs end C and puts it around a finger of the one fastening the bandage
Hand and now clamps the outermost end c2 of the closure part C under the last one

the end c = can also be used anywhere on the injured limb

is inserted through. The loop thus formed is now in the direction of the arrow

The end can no longer solve by itself if the loop f in the illustrated in Fig.4
Wise pulled over the injured limb. After pulling out the finger,
who has put the loop in position, the loop is due to the elasticity
of the rubber firmly around the bandage in the manner illustrated in FIG. The closure
is reliable and cannot come off by itself while on other side
its solution when removing the bandage by gently rolling the loop back and forth
