Description
The invention relates to the production of synthetic threads by the wet draw spinning process.
The basic principle of the known wet draw spinning process is the drawing of the Fadens in the felling bath when it arises after the spinning solution has emerged from the Spinneret into the spinning funnel by entrainment of the thread by the flow of the Precipitation liquid.
Beim Kupferseidespinnverfahren folgtThe thread formation is usually not finished after this phase, since the Threads still have to be solidified by further coagulation. The actual solidification the thread is carried out in one or more baths, the composition this liquid can be very different depending on the type of spinning solution. In the copper silk spinning process, this follows
z. B. on the actual aqueous or weakly alkaline precipitation bath an acidic bath. It has already been proposed for the viscose process to add a second precipitation bath to the first or several such baths of identical or different composition to follow.
The invention relates to an improvement in the post-coagulation and / or washing treatment as well as the devices used for this purpose.
The post-coagulation treatment has so far been carried out so that the thread after Leaving the actual felling bath through small troughs or tube-like designed, horizontally or slightly inclined grooves or a plurality of such vessels was passed through where it came into contact with the post-coagulation fluid. Among other things, however, there was the lack of a considerable amount of space was claimed.
A device for the production of artificial threads has also become known, at Avelcher, the solution emerging from the spinneret in several series-connected, in constant flow baths is coagulated, the bath container formed from several mutually arranged and successive, separate, inclined, open channels in which the coagulating liquid flows down and in which each of the troughs, through through which the thread is passed, with a liquid inlet and outlet can be provided.
Bei dieser Art der Koagulierung ist jedochHowever, with this type of coagulation
der Nachteil vorhanden, daß nur eine minimale Flüssigkeitsschichthöhe sich in den Rinnen einstellt und daher der Faden entweder den Grund der Rinne berührt und Schaden erleidet oder aber außerhalb der Flüssigkeit läuft und nicht koaguliert wird.the disadvantage is that there is only a minimal liquid layer height in the gutters adjusts and therefore the thread either touches the bottom of the channel and suffers damage or outside of the liquid runs and is not coagulated.
In addition, with this type of implementation it is necessary to have the gutters inclined to choose which deviates significantly from the vertical ίο, the abuses described above should do not occur too strongly, which in turn does not save space. Even then, however, is from the above Basically not to produce a uniform, practically usable silk.
The invention now aims to avoid the previous ills and creation new advantages.
The subject matter of the same is a process for the production of synthetic threads by the draw spinning process with moving precipitation liquid, at ..., the one who ends the first precipitation bath Thread for post-coagulation and / or. Washing passes freely through further baths in a vertical or ■ approximately vertical direction.
In this way, a very thorough and even post-coagulation is primarily achieved. In addition, there is a further, albeit lesser, stretching of the spun material by the flow of liquid in the second vessel, provided that it is conical, whereby the quality of the spun thread can be improved.
An apparatus for carrying out the method according to the invention consists in that for a first coagulation vessel through which liquid flows, which can have the usual shape of a funnel, one or more coagulation vessels or vessels through which precipitation liquid flows as vertically as possible, z. B. cylindrical, prismatic, tube-like, funnel-like or similar shape, are connected in such an arrangement that 'the spinning material coming from the first coagulation vessel does not run significantly different from the vertical direction through the subsequent coagulation vessel or the subsequent coagulation vessels for the purpose of post-coagulation is passed through. The individual vessels can also be arranged next to one another if the arrangement is such that the spun material runs through them in a substantially vertical direction, the spinning material running in the coagulation vessel opposite to the direction of flow of the liquid through the vessel.
These vessels are advantageously arranged one below the other, with a liquid inlet is provided at the upper end and a liquid drain at the lower end, namely such that the outflowing liquid is derived obliquely from the direction of the vessel axis becomes, for the purpose, an inflow, of liquid from an upper vessel into the lower one to prevent. Also can by other suitable mutual position of the vessels or Formation of the exit openings ensure that no liquid comes out of one the upper one enters the vessel below.
This can e.g. B. can be achieved that the provided with liquid inlet and outlet Vessels are arranged offset to one another, apart from lying one on top of the other.
The coagulation vessels are preferably given a funnel-like shape.
In such an embodiment, it is z. B. possible with the copper silk spinning process, by curving the liquid outlet of the vessels out of the axis of the same forward the liquid from the direction of the vessel axis in such a way that the acid coagulation vessel lies directly under the spin coagulation vessel without liquid from the spin coagulation vessel in the acid coagulation vessel enters with dilution of the acid.
The acid coagulation vessel can be shaped similarly so that the acid is also inclined is forwarded sideways.
When the vessels are designed as funnels, there is an annular chamber in the upper part arranged. From this, the liquid emerges in the flushing flow through an annular slot and flows down the inner wall of the funnel.
The vessel or vessels into which the spun material is introduced from the side is provided with a slot and a terminating piece, such that between a relative movement is made possible for these parts. This relative movement is such that the vessel slot for the introduction of the spun material is exposed and closed for operation can be. The arrangement is expediently made so that with the release of the vessel slot for introduction of the spinning material, there is also an interruption in the inflow of liquid into the vessel.
Unter den Gefäßen sind zweckmäßig Flüssigkeitsauffangbehälter angeordnet.Liquid collecting containers are expediently arranged under the vessels.
The thread can be guided from vessel to vessel as desired. It can thereby deflecting organs can be used for the spun material emerging from a vessel for transferring it to another vessel.
In den Lauf des Spinngutes außerhalb der Gefäße können an sich bekannte regelbare Bremsen eingeschaltet sein, zum Zweck, denIn the course of the spun material outside of the vessels, known controllable Brakes be on for the purpose of that
Der Koagulationsweg läßt sich ohne Vergrößerung der Maschinengrundfläche in weitem MaßeTo stretch the thread more or less. When using the device according to the invention In addition to thorough and even post-coagulation, the advantage of significant space savings is achieved. More spinning positions can be set up per unit area than before. The coagulation route can be done to a large extent without enlarging the machine base area
This is the treatment the spinning material emerging from the spinning funnel is given further leeway, without adversely affecting the manufacturing costs of the spinning machine. The axes of the pinch wheels can also be perpendicular to the level of the spinning funnel, whereby the replacement of the take-off wheels is made much easier compared to the arrangements where all the puller wheels are on a lengthways. axis running on the machine sit. After leaving the last coagulation or washing bath, the spun material can in the usual way by means of a discharge or conveying device either from one
as Spinntopf, Haspel oder einer Spule zugeführt werden.as spin pot, reel or bobbin will.
The drawing shows schematically several embodiments of the device for Execution of the method according to the invention.
In Abb. Säurestrahlen an.In Fig. 1 is a conical spinning funnel, at its lower end a curved outlet 2 is provided so that the liquid is derived obliquely from the direction of the vessel axis. -3 is the liquid inlet at the upper end of the funnel. 4 is an acid funnel arranged under the spinning funnel similar outlet 5. The spinning material that traversed the spinning funnel 1 in a vertical direction has, enters the acid funnel 4, which it also runs through vertically, is passed around a take-off wheel 6 after exiting the funnel 4 and in the Spinning pot 7 collected. 8 and 9 indicate those flung away from the funnel axis Water or acid jets.
Fig. 2 shows, based on Fig. 1, an embodiment for the case that the outlets 2 ° and 5 "of the funnels 1 and 4 are axially directed are, but the funnels are laterally offset from one another, so that no liquid from the upper to the lower funnel can get. The spun material runs onto a reel 10 here.
Fig. 3 shows a device that is suitable, for example, for the production of rayon using the viscose process. The thread is formed in the spinning funnel 1. From there the yarn is guided into a 1 Smaller inverter 4, where a fresh coagulation bath to the fiber acts consolidating ·, then passes into a funnel-shaped vessel 11 where it is washed to be wound finally on a spool.
In order to stretch the thread additionally, there is an adjustable thread brake in the thread path 12 switched on.
Fig. 4 shows another embodiment, similar to that of Fig. 2, however with the difference that the coagulation vessels i, 4 are exactly in a vertical position below one another are arranged and the thread after exiting the vessels through deflection rollers 13 around liquid collecting container 14, which are attached directly under the outlet opening of the vessels i, 4.
To make it easier to pull the thread into the individual funnels, the Make good use of the flow of liquids in the funnels. The liquid becomes this Purpose introduced into an upper annular chamber 15 of the funnel, from which it then exits through a narrow annular gap 16 and along the inner wall of the funnel runs down, whereby a good pull-in effect is exerted on the thread. Should the When pulling the thread into the funnel, touch the wall of the funnel and glue it there remain, the flow along the wall ensures that the Thread down.
At the beginning of the spinning, the thread can be particularly easily inserted into the coagulation funnel insert when the funnel is slit laterally at 17 according to Fig. 6, for example and with an equally slotted, tight-fitting, rotatable outer jacket 18 is provided. Is z. B. the outer jacket adjusted so that its slot with that of the funnel 4 collapses, the thread can easily be inserted through the slots (Fig. 7). In operation, the jacket 18 is rotated to fit the slot 17 of the funnel 4 (Fig. 6). The mutual rotation of parts 4 and 18 can also be used to maintain the fluid supply while the thread is being drawn in to turn off. To this Zλveck is the Liquid inlet connection, which is provided about here on the jacket 18, from the inlet opening 17 of the funnel, which otherwise coincides with this connection, can be moved away.
Fig. 8 shows an embodiment in which the spinning funnel 1 and the precipitating liquid vessel 4 are not arranged one below the other, but side by side. Also here has the spun material which enters the vessel 4 from below is essentially vertical Run. In doing so, it is opposite to the flow of liquid through the vessel 4 Direction passed through (countercurrent principle).
