Description
Tap switch for step transformers with an adjustable winding of two winding parts connected in series and provided with taps. The invention relates to a tap switch for step transformers, in which the controllable Part of the transformer winding made up of two taps connected in series Sharing consists. In a known manner, the one ends of the two winding parts are connected to the connecting lines, while alternating from the other ends Winding stages can be switched on or off. The taps are according to the invention each winding part is connected to the contact rows of a tap selector, and also the taps of the two winding parts are together on the row of contacts an auxiliary voter placed.
The two stage selectors switch the individual winding stages one after the other de-energized, one of the two tap selector to this before switching the auxiliary selector via a balancing resistor with the help of a load switch in parallel is switched. The moving parts of the main selector and the auxiliary selector are each connected to a sliding contact of a common rotatable load switch, which can be designed as a shift drum. So that the correct sequence of the switching movement the voter is adhered to, the rotatable load switch is designed so that on the contact path of the auxiliary selector contact has four contact sectors offset from one another by go °, on the contact path of the main selector contacts, two offset from each other by z8o ° Sectors are attached, each sector pair offset by go ° from the other is.
An embodiment is shown in Fig. Z.
Here z means the controllable winding, which is divided into two parts, each of which contains the cut-off windings 2, 3, 4 or 2 ', 3', 4 '. The taps 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the switch-off windings are led to the individual contacts of the tap selector 13, the taps g, zo, zz and 1a of the second winding part lead to the contacts of the tap selector i3 '. In addition, the taps 5 to 1z of the two winding parts are connected to the contacts of the auxiliary selector zg. The movable part of the tap selector 13 leads to the sliding contact 15, the movable part of the tap selector 13 'of the sliding contact 16 of the rotary load switch 14. Further, the auxiliary selector zg a Ausgleichswiderstandr8 to the sliding contact 17 of the circuit breaker 14 is connected. The load switch 14 is designed as a switching drum, in such a way that it has four contact sectors offset from one another by go ° on the contact path of the auxiliary selector contact 17, and two sectors offset from one another by 18o ° on the contact path of the main selector contact 15 and on the contact path of the main selector contact 16 wearing. If the load switch is in the position indicated by the solid dash, the current flows from the supply line through turns 4, 3, 2, through selector 13 to the sliding contact 15, which is connected to the sliding contact 16 through the load switch, to the tap selector 13 ', through .the turns? -', 3 ', 4 of the second winding part back to the connection line. The auxiliary selector ig is switched off. If the load switch 14 is now in motion, the auxiliary selector ig with the compensation resistor 18 is connected in parallel to the line 15, 13 via the sliding contact 17 in the position shown in dotted lines. If the load switch is turned further, the circuit 13, 15 of the tap selector 13 is interrupted, while the auxiliary circuit 17, 18, ig remains switched on and takes over the load current. The step switch 13 can now be switched to step 131 (dot-dash position). In the further course of the rotation of the load switch, the main line 15, 13 is again laid parallel to the auxiliary circuit (dotted line), with the winding group 2 now being temporarily short-circuited via the balancing resistor i8 and the auxiliary switch ig. If the load switch is turned further, the auxiliary circuit 17, i8, 19 is de-energized and the auxiliary selector ig can advance to the igi position (-.. -). In the subsequent dotted position of the load switch, the auxiliary circuit is now placed in parallel with the circuit 16, i3 '. The load switch is now moved further in such a way that the circuit 13 ', 16 is de-energized. The auxiliary circuit 17, 18, ig takes over the equalizing current again, and the stage selector 13 'is switched to position 131' (-...-). The winding group 2 'is then temporarily short-circuited via the balancing resistor 18 and the auxiliary selector igi (dotted position). The load switch now moves on so that the auxiliary circuit 17, i8, ig is de-energized, the auxiliary selector can advance to its next position and the further turns are switched off as described above.
The load switch can also be designed so that the sliding contacts the main selector slide on a common track and offset from one another by go ° are. The load switch can also be designed as a contact disk, be the one Ring surface for the sliding contacts of the main selector and also a radial against it offset ring surface for the sliding contact of the auxiliary selector carries. The contact disc has two at 180 ° on the sliding track of the main selector and on the sliding track the auxiliary selector contacts have four cutouts offset by go ° each.
Fig.2 shows an embodiment of the load switch in which the sliding track the main selector contacts with the sliding track of the auxiliary selector contact on a disc 14 is united, which has four cutouts offset by go °, two of which by iSo ° offset cutouts for the sliding tracks of the main selector contacts are deeper than the cutouts that are intended for the sliding path of the auxiliary selector contacts. The step meter is driven by a Geneva cross gear from the axle of the load switch off. The balancing resistor 18 is dimensioned so that the voltage drop at its two terminals corresponds approximately to the voltage of a control stage.
