Cooling system for brine cooling For cooling systems with several temperature levels
be required, for example for pastry shops and inns, it has proven to be
proven to be advantageous to set up two approximately or exactly the same size refrigeration machines,
one of which is at a lower temperature, the other at a higher temperature
generated. It is known that the two chillers with regard to the brine circuit
to switch in such a way that if one machine fails, the other machine brings brine into the
Supply network of the first machine. Furthermore, cooling systems are known
where each refrigeration point can be optionally connected to one or the other Solev
distribution network can be connected.
It could now happen that suddenly at individual cold consumption points
there is a large demand for cooling in the lower temperature level, which is a refrigeration machine
may not always be sufficient, while at the other refrigeration consumption points no or
but at least there is no urgent need for cold. Such intermittent loads
occur, for example, in systems that, in addition to other purposes, also prepare ice cream
serve as soon as the ice cream maker is put into operation. By both
However, the aforementioned types of construction as well as refrigeration systems that are otherwise known hitherto arise
the disadvantage that either at least one of the two refrigeration machines for the
Peak load must be measured, which unnecessarily increases the system costs,
or both machines would have to work in such a way that brine from the
lowest required temperature is generated. Here, however, would be a machine
For the most part, work at an unnecessarily low temperature, i.e. uneconomical.
verbunden
und werden durch Absperr- und Regelglieder s1, s2 beherrscht.According to the invention, these difficulties can be countered in that the two containers B1 and B2 for the refrigerant, each of which has its own evaporator and its own pump, are connected to one another by a pipe o. Furthermore, the coolant supply lines I, II to the distributor battery a, b, e, g, f, which will be briefly referred to below as V, receive shut-off and control elements hl, k 'before entering them and are still through before the shut-off elements a line i connected to shut-off elements hl, k2. Two outlet pipes ml, m2, which are also controlled by shut-off elements n1, n2, lead from the connecting line i into the evaporator vessels B1, B2. This makes it possible to route the coolant from one evaporator vessel into the other. The refrigerant return lines u1, 2i2 are connected to shut-off elements r by a similar line p and are controlled by shut-off and control elements s1, s2.
den Leitungen i, 4., 6.
It is now assumed, for example, that the system shown in the drawing operates in such a way that the coolant has a higher temperature in vessel B 'and a lower temperature in vessel B1. At the cooling points T,; 4 and 6, coolants of a lower temperature are required, at the cooling points 2, 3, 5 and 7, coolants of a higher temperature are required. The following shut-off elements are then open: hl, h ', sl, sz, and also on the distribution battery V the lower shut-off elements g in lines 2, 3, 5, 7 and the upper shut-off elements e in lines i, 4., 6. All other barriers remain closed. Suddenly at the cold spots 2 and q. there is a need for coolants at the lowest possible temperature; then the shut-off will lay as well as all lower barriers to the distributor V battery closed. Of the upper barriers on the distribution battery h, only those in lines 2 and 4 and the barriers h ', n', s', r, hl are opened. All other barriers remain closed. The coolant returning through line u1 flows through line p, combines with the coolant coming from line u2 and reaches the evaporator vessel B2. Here it is circulated back through the pump w 'through the opened shut-offs h =, n' and through the outlet pipe jra = back into the vessel BZ. As a result of the brisk circulation of the coolant in the evaporator vessel B ', a good heat transfer is achieved on the cooling surfaces of the evaporator. To the extent that the refrigerant flows back from the cooling points into the vessel B ', the pre-cooled refrigerant flows there through the line o into the vessel B1, continues to cool down on the evaporator surfaces located there, and is transferred from the pump to' into the distributor battery h and from there to the individual cooling points. The secondary refrigerant is therefore first cooled in succession in evaporator B 'and then in evaporator B1.
