For the comminution of regrind, especially coal for pulverized coal firing,
devices are known in which the grist is blown against baffles by an air stream
is thrown. This air stream is blown into the grinding housing through a nozzle. Experience has shown that so far
for the crushing of ι kg coal about ι cbm of air is required, which to a certain extent
ίο Tension had to be brought about. Compressors were used to produce this compressed air
required, the acquisition and operation of which resulted in considerable costs.
According to the invention, the use of the compressor is avoided by am
At the bottom of the grinder housing, an injector fed with steam as a suction means for air
is arranged, with superheated steam as the suction medium and hot air as 'intake air' verwfenao
will be. With this design and mode of operation, the system is simplified, and the
Operating costs are reduced because of the superheated steam in the case of pulverized coal-fired steam boilers
and hot air is also immediately available.
Öffnung/ injektorartig Luft an.
Leitung erfolgen. In the drawing, the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment which reproduces a section through a schematically drawn air jet impact crusher. The grinding housing, in which a guide tube δ and a baffle plate c are installed centrally, is denoted by α. Steam of high voltage is blown into an injector nozzle d through the pipe. The steam jet emerging from the pipe e is largely converted into speed in the nozzle and sucks in air through the annular opening / like an injector. The conversion of the steam pressure into speed may only take place so far that a certain overpressure is still present in the nozzle, which is again converted into speed at the mouth of the nozzle d in order to also produce an injector-like effect in the guide tube b. As a result of this injector-like effect, the material to be ground collected on the bottom of the housing a is sucked in and thrown through the guide tube δ at high speed onto the baffle plate c and comminuted. It is advisable to use highly superheated steam for operation in order to avoid condensation in the grinding housing. It is also useful to connect the ring-shaped opening / nozzle d to a hot air source so that the hot air drawn in can also be used as a drying agent for the ground material. The connection of the hot air source to the nozzle d can take place via a line connected to the pipe socket g .
