Press levers for presses for gluing footwear The present invention
has an improvement on those press levers for presses for gluing footwear to
Object in which the pressure bar is against a recess in the upper leather
creates free space of the last and the bolts cooperating with the last
are adjustable.
In contrast, the invention aims at a uniform pressure distribution
on the parts of the footwear to be united by pressing and
the press lever after folding down around the pressure point of the pressure bracket and after introduction
to adjust its pressure pin in the strip bore as automatically as possible, so
that a quick operation of the press is guaranteed. This is achieved by
that the pressure bar attacking the area of the last that is free from the upper leather
protrudes backwards and with a wide area in one just before the instep of the last
inserts lying recess with a slightly sloping pressure surface, while the
on the heel part supporting pressure bolts with its upper cross pin in one
Longitudinal slot of the press lever is guided.
Such a press lever for presses for gluing footwear is through
Attached drawing shown in an embodiment in the front view.
hervorgebracht. The pressure lever a is articulated in an otherwise known manner by means of the transverse bore b on a rotatable ring body and can be employed against the leg carrying the ring-shaped air cushion by means of a hinged bracket, the hole of which can be alternately inserted into the notches c. According to the invention, the pressure lever is now provided with a pressure bracket d which encompasses its underside in a bracket-shaped manner and which can be adjusted for the different shoe sizes by means of the transverse pin e and a larger number of holes f. This pressure bar d jumps against the front of the pressure lever in S-shape and lies in a metal plate-reinforced recess 1a of the last i at a location free from the upper leather just in front of the instep in such a way that through the glued to the soles the pressure exerted by the compressed air cushion ensures uniform contact pressure without damaging the upper leather, but no axial displacement of the insole against the outsole can occur. On the front side, which is provided with the notches c, the otherwise usual pressure pin L, which can be inserted into a hole in the heel part, is arranged, which, however, is not held in individual holes but in one for easier adjustment of its position and for automatic adjustment in the pressure direction with an O_uerbolzen Longitudinal slot 7a is slidably guided. Due to this design of the pressure lever, it is no longer necessary to apply pressure on the tip of the toe and thus an adverse effect on the upper leather, on the other hand, since the pressure pin L can move easily in the slot, without bending stresses on the insertion pin of the pressure pin L in the heel part produced an even pressure.
