Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine \rorrichtung zum Entfernen der noch plastischen, durch Aufwickeln von Asbest-Zement-Platten gebildeten Röhren vom Wickeldorn. Es sind Vorrichtungen bekannt, mit Hilfe deren das noch weiche Rohr durch an seiner Außenseite angreifende Greif- oder Halteorgane gehalten und der Wickeldorn aus dem noch weichen Rohr herausgezogen wird. Um diese Arbeit zu erleichtern und um zu verhindern, daß auch bei raschem Arbeiten das Rohr durch den zum festen Klemmen und Halten nötigen Druck seine runde Form verliert, kann die den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildende, in der Zeichnung beispielsweise dargestellte Vorrichtung mit Vorteil benutzt werden.The invention relates to a \ r orrichtung the still plastic, tubes formed by winding of asbestos-cement plates from the mandrel to remove it. Bei der schematisch dargestellten Vorrichtung ist an einem Gestell 1 eine Welle 2, an welcher das eine Ende einer Gewebebahn 3 befestigt ist, drehbar gelagert. Die letztere ist über Walzen 4, 5 und 6 geführt, von denen die Walze 4 in den Enden von Armen 7, die auf einer Welle 17 des Gestelles 1 schwenkbar angeordnet sind, drehbar gelagert ist. An den Armen 7 greift die Kolbenstange 8 eines Druckluftzylinders 9 an, der mittels Zapfen π drehbar am Gestell 1 angeordnet ist. Am Zylinder 9 sind Druckluf tzu- und -ableitungen angeschlossen, die mit einer von Hand zu bedienenden Steuervorrichtung 12 in Verbindung stehen. Die Gewebebahn 3 ist an der Walze 6 befestigt. Das Anpressen der Streifen 16 erfolgt durch Verstellen der Walze 4 mittels der Kolbenstange unter Verwendung von Druckluft, der Druck kann beliebig groß gewählt werden. Dabei wird das Rohri? nahezu am ganzen Umfang mit überall gleich hohem Druck von den Klemmitteln 16 gefaßt. Diese halten das Rohr R so fest, daß der Dorn 6" ausgezogen werden kann, ohne daß, auch bei raschem Arbeiten, das Rohr deformiert würde. Durch Verstellen der Lager 13 kann die Schlaufe 15 größer oder kleiner gemacht und dadurch dem Durchmesser des jeweils vom Dorn 5 abzuziehenden Rohres R angepaßt werden.
