Abstract

The invention relates to a spinning device comprising a centrifugal spinning element, which is mounted in a manner that enables it to rotate about a rotation axis. Said centrifugal spinning element comprises a centrifuge bottom, a centrifuge neck, which is situated in the area of the centrifuge bottom, an electromagnetic drive, which is installed on the centrifuge neck, and a thread guide tube, which is mounted in a manner that enables it to be displaced parallel to the rotation axis and which projects inside the centrifugal spinning element via the centrifuge neck. The invention provides that: a re-reeling sleeve (9), which reaches through the centrifuge neck (24) of the centrifugal spinning element (3), is displaceably mounted on the thread guide tube (7), and the thread guide tube (7) and/or the centrifugal spinning element (3) is/are axially displaceable in a manner that enables the creation of a yarn package (15) with a cop winding on the inner wall (25) of the centrifugal spinning element (3), said yarn package starting in the area of the centrifuge bottom (26).
