An* jedem Theil r und r¹ ist noch eine dünne Metallplatte 0 bezw. ο¹ befestigt, welche dicht an einander stofsen, sobald der Ring R geschlossen ist, wie Fig. 1 zeigt. An der Kante, mit welcher die Platten 0 und tf¹ zusammenstofsen, ist eine Durchbrechung χ angebracht, welche, halbrund in jede Platte eintretend, eine kreisförmige Oeffnung bildet. Will man den Anhängsel auf einem Nagel oder Stift G befestigen, so zieht man den Stift s mit Hülfe der Schnur m aus r zurück und biegt die beiden * Theile r und r¹ nach verschiedenen Seiten aus einander. Man kann dann, wie Fig. 4 zeigt, die Oeffnungen χ der beiden Platten 0 und o¹ in schräger Richtung über den Stift G bringen und durch Drehung des ganzen Ringes denselben rechtwinklig zum Stift einstellen.
