Verfahren zur Herstellung von Ringpinseln ohne zentralen Verspannungskeil Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von durch äußere Einflüsse (durch Wasser, 051e, Säuren, große Hitze) unzerstörbaren Ring- u. dgl. Pinseln ohne zentralen Verspannungskeil. Der Erfindungszweck wird dadurch verwirklicht, daß man das Borstenbündel zunächst in einen mit einem nach innen gerichteten Ringflansch versehenen Ring faßt, in einer Bindemasse bekannter Art gründet und ohne jegliche zentrale Verspannung erhärtet. Bei den Pinseln dieser Art fehlen jedoch die beiden inneren Ringzwingen, und aus diesem Grunde ist .die Befestil;ung des Borstenbündels in seiner Fassung eine ungenügende. Erst durch die Vereinigung der drei Ringhülsen entsprechend der Erfindung wird eine sichere Befestigung des Borstenbündels im Pinselstiel ohne Verkei-Jung ermöglicht .und gleichzeitig ein voll-' kommen dichter Abschluß des Pinselkopfes erreicht, welcher jederzeit eine Desinfektion des Pinsels gestattet.Ring brushes with the bristle bundle in a ring ferrule, which is encompassed by a second, the first ferrule protruding towards the handle, are known. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Ringpinseln ohne zentralen Verspannungskeil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den mit einem inneren Ringflansch (3a) versehenen Fassungsring (3) des Borstenbündels eine an sich bekannte, einen Gewindeansatz (4d) tragende Metallschale (.4) aufgesetzt und mit dem Borstenkopf durch einen Außenring (5) verbunden wird, der sich mit einem oberen Ringflansch (5d) gegen die obere Stirnfläche (3d) des Fassungsringes (3) bzw. der Metallschale (4) legt und dessen unteres Ende über eine Schulter (4b) der Metallschale gebördelt wird.
