Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine neue Einrichtung, die zur Herstellung verseilter Leiter mit unrundem Querschnitt dient, wobei die Einzelleiter auf einer dem Gesamtleiterumfang ähnlichen Linie geführt werden. Die Einrichtung nach der Erfindung sichert eine genaue Zuführung der Einzelleiter zu der Verdrillungsstelle am Gesamtleiter, so daß die Einzelleiter sich nicht gegeneinander verlagern und auch nicht ineinander einschneiden können, was insbesondere für Gesamtleiter aus Einzelleitern mit unrundem Querschnitt von Bedeutung ist. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Einzelleiter auf den Breitseiten des Gesamtleiters durch mit ihren Achsen parallel zu den langen Seiten des Gesamtleiterquerschnittes liegende Schnecken geführt werden.The invention relates to a new device for the production of stranded conductors with a non-circular cross-section, the individual conductors on one of the entire conductor circumference similar line. Als Stütze für die Einzelleiter dient ein Dorn 13, der zwischen den beiden entgegengesetzt zueinander laufenden Schichten der Einzelleiter angeordnet ist. Zur Überführung der Einzelleiter von einer Breitseite des Leiters zur andern dienen Nocken 14 und 15, die auf den mit den Schnecken 11 und 12 umlaufenden Scheiben 16 und 17 sitzen. Durch die Nocken werden die Einzelleiter an den Übergangsstellen schnell von einer Breitseite des Leiters zur andern gedrückt, wodurch sie verhindert werden, ineinander zu schneiden.
