Selbstladepistole. Selbsttätige Handfeuerwaffen, insbesondere Selbstladepistolen, weisen bekanntlich den Übelstand auf, daß sie beim Zurückziehen des Verschlußstückes von Hand zwecks Einführung der ersten Patrone in den Lauf auch gleichzeitig gespannt werden. Bei diesem Zustand der Waffe ist, wenn es sich z. B. um eine Pistole handelt, das Tragen derselben in der Tasche o. dgl. außerordentlich gefährlich, da durch irgendeinen Umstand, Fallenlassen oder sonstige Erschütterungen, der Schuß losgehen und Unheil anrichten kann. Diese Gefahrenquelle auszuschalten ist schon seit langer Zeit das Bestreben der Waffentechniker gewesen, jedoch ist bisher noch keine in praktischer Beziehung befriedigende Lösung gefunden worden. Man hat bereits versucht. bei Pistolen mit Schlagbolzenschlössern das Spannen der Abzugvorri.chtung dadurch zu, vermeiden, daß man sie vollständig unabhängig von der Bewegung des Verschlußstückes machte. Bei Hahnschlössern versuchte man das Spannen der Waffe beim Laden von Hand dadurch zu vermeiden, daß man an der Waffe eine besondere Vorrichtung anbrachte, durch deren Betätigung das Einrasten des Hahnes beim Zurückziehen des Verschlußstückes von Hand verhindert wurde.Self-loading pistol. PATENTANSPRÜCHE: i. Selbsttätige Handfeuerwaffe, gekennzeichnet durch ein Schloßwerk, das beim Zurückziehen des Verschlußstücks von Hand das Spannen des Schlagkörpers selbsttätig verhindert oder den gespannten Schlagkörper selbsttätig abspannt. a. Ausführungsform nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abzugstange (e) des Schloßwerks mit einem Arm (m) des Abzugstollens (k) in solcher Weise zusammenwirkt, daß beim Zurückziehen des Verschlußstücks von Hand der Stollen in einer das Einrasten des Schlagkörpers verhindernden Lage gehalten oder im eingerasteten Zustande entrastet wird. 3. Ausführungsform nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der am Abzugstollen (k) sitzende Sperrarm (m) in eine Rast (n) der Abzugstange (e) verriegelnd eingreift, bei anhaltendem Druck auf den Abzug (d) entriegelt wird und dabei die Ruhrast (v) des Stollens (k) aus der Rast (tv) des Schlagkörpers hebt. q.. Ausführungsform , nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannen des Schlagkörpers für den ersten Schuß durch eine Rast (1i) der Abzugstange erfolgt, die an eine Nase (g oder s) des Schlagkörpers angreift, während der Sperrarm (m) in seine Rast (n) eingreift, so daß das Gesperre (v, W bzw. h, s) des Schlagkörpers (f oder r) sich einrasten kann. 5. Ausführungsform nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rast(h) der Abzugstange (e) mit der Gegennase (g) des Hahnes (f) in der Weise zusammenarbeitet, daß der Hahn dabei seine Ruhestellung ein_nümmt, beim Drücken auf den Abzug (d) entsperrt wird und in die Spannstellung geht sowie zum Schlage frei wird.' 6. Ausführungsform nach den Ansprüchen i und 5, gekennzeichnet durch einen Arm (p) an der Abzugstange (e), der am Drehzapfen (i) des Abzugstol7.ens (k) ein Widerlager findet, um die Einrastung (g, h) von Hahn und Abzugstange zu sichern. 7. Ausführungsform nach Anspruch i,_ dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit ihrer Rast (h) an die Nase (s) des Schlagbolzens (v) angreifende -- Abzugstange (e) durch einen gegen ein Widerlager (u) des. Griffstücks (tt) anliegenden Federzapfen (t) gestützt wird und bei Druck auf den Abzug (d) durch Anfahren ihres abgeschrägten Endes an einen ortsfesten Teil entrastet wird, so daß der Schlagbolzen zum Schosse frei ist.
