Zahnrad in Eingriff steht.
wieder aufgezogen.Control device for electric elevator motors in clocks and drives.
Control devices for automatically switching the electric elevator motors on and off
in clocks and drives are known, especially those in which from the expiring
Barrel of the clock a screw spindle is set in rotation on which one
The nut is longitudinally displaceable, which in turn is driven by a motor that is being wound up
Gear is engaged. The advantage of the control devices of this type is there
in that the mainspring after a certain sequence by the elevator motor
is wound up again; on the other hand, if the elevator motor fails, the mainspring runs
completely off, but becomes normal as soon as the elevator motor comes into operation again
wound up again.
The present invention makes one extremely simple
Structure of such an arrangement created. The idea of the invention
will
explained in more detail below with reference to the illustration.
i
The barrel a of the clock drives the screw spindle c with the aid of the drive b, on which a toothed nut d can be screwed lengthways. This is in engagement with the gear e driven by the winding motor. The elevator motor is switched on or off by the I <:, ollektor k, depending on the fact that the collector is in the position shown or in a position rotated by 90 °. The operation of the device is as follows: When the clock spring expires, the spring housing a and thus the drive b rotates until the pin / pin k is detected and the collector k moves into the position shown. At this moment the elevator comes into operation, as a result of which the nut d is screwed to the right on the fixed spindle c until the pin g. the pencil! detected and rotates the collector by 9o °. The elevator is thus switched off, so that the spring housing a and thus the spindle c are set in rotation again, the nut d moving longitudinally to the left without rotation until, as previously described, the elevator motor is switched on again. If there is no mains voltage, i.e. the elevator cannot operate, the clockspring runs down completely, with the nut d moving a further bit to the left. When the mains voltage returns, the elevator is activated and only switched off again when the pin g and the nut d have reached the stop i , ie only when the clockspring is properly wound.
