hat jedoch den Nachteil, daß das Preßgut nur einseitig gequetscht wird. Von dieser
bekannten Vorrichtung unterscheidet sich vorliegende Erfindung dadurch, daß als.

das Prellgut in denkbar weitestgehender Weise bearbeitet wird, da ein Abdecken des
Preßgutbeutels nicht erfolgt, und es kann durch Wenden und Auflockern des Prellgutes
im Beutel dieses jederzeit immer wieder flach ausgebreitet werden, wodurch ein zuverlässiges
Durchpressen und naturgemäß damit ein denkbar günstiges Auspressen des Saftes gewährleistet

feststehende Handgriffe bzw. Führungsansätze besitzt. Um ein gutes Ablaufen des
Saftes zu erzielen, ist das Prellbrett a mit bis zum einen Ende durchgehenden Ableitnuten
g versehen. Außerdem ermöglichen in den Nuten g vorgesehene Bohrungen
lt ein unmittelbares Durchlaufen des Saftes durch das Prellbrett a, wobei
durch einen im Bereich der Ableitbohrungen h auf der Rückseite des Prellunten offenen
