kolbenförmige Verlängerung aufweist, deren Querschnitt in etwa
ten Vorsteuerventils vom Pumpendruck beaufschlagt. Dadurch be
The invention relates to a 2/2-way seat valve according to the Oberbe

The object of the invention is to provide a piloted 2/2
To create directional seat valve, which has a compact design
and furthermore the possibility opens up completely leak-free
work. This is with the characteristic features of the
Claim 1 reached. Further features of the invention result
itself from the subclaims. An embodiment of the Erfin
dung is described below with reference to the single figure.
In the figure, 1 denotes the valve housing, which has a through bore 2 with bore sections of different diameters. The seat body 3 of the main valve is guided in the bore section 2 a. A bore section 2 b has the seat 4 for the seat body 3 of the main valve and opens into the drainage space 5 , which is formed by the stepped bore section 2 c. This stepped bore section 2 c serves at the same time for receiving the housing sleeve 6 , which seals the drainage chamber 5 to the outside in a liquid-tight manner by means of seals 7 . The seat body 3 of the main valve has a cylindrical recess 8 in which the seat body 9 of the pilot valve is brought under. The seat body 9 closes or opens the provided at the bottom of the seat body 3 exit opening 10 for the of the recess 8 and the bore portion 2 aa limited control chamber 11 of the main valve. The seat body 9 of the pilot valve has a piston-shaped extension 12 which is guided in a guide body 13 . The guide body 13 is arranged in a recess 14 of the end cover 15 and at the same time limits the control chamber 11 of the main valve to the outside. The annular chamber 17 located next to the bore section 2 a is connected to the pump connection P and is separated by the seat body 3 from the drain chamber 5 in the closed state or connected to it in the open state. The ring channel 17 connected to the pump connection P is connected via an axially directed housing bore 18 to a space 20 bounded by the housing cover 15 and guide body 13 , which in turn is connected to the control chamber 11 of the main valve via a throttle bore 21 . So that the control chamber 11 is acted upon by the pump pressure in the closed state of the seat body 9 of the pilot valve, so that the latter presses the seat body 3 onto its seat surface 4 , and thus the seat body 3 assumes its closed position. The free cross section of the to be closed by the seat body 9 from opening 10 as well as the cross section of the piston-shaped Ver prolongation 12 of the seat body 9 is the same size so that the action in the control chamber pump pressure can exert no resultant force on the seat body. 9 The seat body 9 is acted upon by a spring 22 in the closing direction, which is supported at one end on the guide body 13 and at its other end on a sleeve-shaped spring plate 23 which sits forcefully on the spherical seat body 9 and in the cylindrical receptacle 8 of the seat body 3 of the main valve is guided. By radial bores 25 ensures that the portion of the control chamber 11 formed by the cylindrical recess 8 on both sides of the sleeve-shaped Federtel lers has sufficient connection so that the control liquid can escape into the outlet opening 10 in the open state of the seat body 9 . So that no control liquid emerges from the control chamber 11 via the guide gap between piston-shaped extension 12 and guide body 13 , a sealing ring 41 is provided in the latter.
schlagten Ringkammer 17 in Verbindung steht. Die Druckbeauf
schlagung der Stirnseite 12a der kolbenförmigen Verlängerung des
Sitzkörpers 9 erfordert auch eine Druckbeaufschlagung des
magnetseitigen Endes der kolbenförmigen Verlängerung 29 des
Bolzen 30.
On the opposite side of the end cover 15 of the housing 1 , a switching magnet 26 is screwed into the threaded drilling section 2 d of the housing 1 . The anchor rod 27 of the solenoid 26 is in positive connection with a guided in the guide bore 28 of the housing sleeve 6 piston-shaped extension 29 of the bolt 30, the bodies with the seat 9 of the pilot valve upon actuation of the solenoid 26 the seat body 9 of the pilot valve against the force of the spring 22 moves to the open position and thus connects the control chamber 11 of the main valve with the drain chamber 5 . Due to the associated pressure relief of the control chamber 11 , the seat body can be moved to its open position by 3 with little force. This is done hydraulically by the guide bore 2 a is slightly larger than the free diameter of the seat surface 4 , so that pressure is applied in the opening direction of the seat body 3 by the resulting annular surface from the pump, in addition, the seat body 3 is shifted by the switching magnet 26 in the opening direction , by the bolt section 31 with its end-face annular surface 32 engaging the stop surface 33 of the seat body 3 in a force-fitting manner after the seat body 9 of the pilot valve has been opened beforehand by the bolt 30 and the control chamber 11 has been relieved of pressure. To open the seat body 9 of the pilot valve, only the closing force of the spring 22 and the low frictional forces of the piston-shaped extension 12 in the guide bush 13 must be overcome, and the additional opening of the seat body 3 only requires overcoming the low frictional force when moving the seat body 3 in Bore section 2 a. The actuating magnet 26 therefore only needs to have a low switching force. To ensure that even with a small closing force of the spring 22 , the seat body 9 of the pilot valve moves safely from its open switching position into its closed switching position, the outwardly directed end face 12 a of the piston-shaped extension of the seat body 9 is pressurized with the pump. In order to achieve this in a simple manner, the space 35 delimited from the end face 12 a in the housing cover 15 is connected via bore sections 36 , 37 to the annular space 20 , which is connected via the channel 18 to the annular chamber 17 impacted by the pump pressure. The pressurization of the end face 12 a of the piston-shaped extension of the seat body 9 also requires pressurization of the magnet-side end of the piston-shaped extension 29 of the bolt 30 . This takes place through a connecting channel 36 between the annular space 17 connected to the pump and the magnetic space 37 . Since the piston-shaped extensions 12 and 29 form a non-positive displacement unit, both must have approximately the same pressurized surfaces in order to be pressure-balanced to one another. So that a resulting hydraulic force occurs in the closing direction of the seat body of the pilot valve, the pressurized area of the piston-shaped extension 29 interacting with the switching magnet must be somewhat smaller than the pressurized area of the piston-shaped extension 12 of the closing body 9 . So that in this case, in the closed position of the pilot and main valve, no leakage liquid flows out through the guide gap between the piston-shaped extension 29 and guide bore 28 of the housing sleeve 6 from the magnet chamber 37 into the drain chamber 5 , a seal 40 is provided in the guide region. The sealing ring 41 between the piston-shaped extension 12 of the seat body 9 and the guide body 13 ensures in this case that the amount of control fluid supplied into the control chamber 11 is determined exclusively by the free cross section of the throttle bore 21 .
