Abstract

The layer (3) can be in strip form, and can be adjacent to the air cavity (2), and in one or more sections. The intermediate layer is located on the boundary layer of the air gap in one or more sheets.

Description

An diese Luftschicht schließt sich eine Wärmedämmung aus meist mineralischen Faserdämmstoffen in einer Dicke von derzeit ca. 80-150 mm an.Facades are currently often structured as follows: A shell on the outside made of mineral or metallic materials, preferably stone, Glass or aluminum. Behind it is a generally ventilated layer of air of approx. 20-40 mm. Thermal insulation is attached to this layer of air from mostly mineral fiber insulation in a thickness of approx. 80-150 mm.

On the room side is the wall surface visible from the inside, e.g. B. made of concrete, aluminum or a panel. The thermal insulation of this Facade construction is improved according to the invention in that in the Air layer of the facade IR-reflecting layers on one or both sides be introduced. This is e.g. B. by one or both sides IR reflective foils or plates reached. The effect is improved if several IR reflecting layers are arranged one behind the other. Here it is not absolutely necessary for this IR reflection to cover the entire surface is led. The result of this is that IR-reflecting elements already attached Foil strips improve the thermal insulation of the facade and thereby increase it energy and cost savings can be achieved.

This measure not only improves the winter but also the summer thermal insulation of the facade.

If the insulation in a planned office building in a city needs to be improved, then this can often only be achieved by reducing the Floor areas take place. This means lower returns with the same Creation costs.

The invention described above makes an optimum of usable Floor areas and optimum energy savings achieved.
