Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for Manufacture of finished edges on both sides Manufacture eyeglass lenses from blanks or on one side tubular glasses according to the preamble of the patent saying 1.
hergestellt. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein einseitig
fertig behandeltes, rohrundes Brillenglas.
vorliegt. Hierzu wird die Rezeptfläche so gewählt, daß
das Brillenglas die für einen bestimmten Brillenträger
erforderliche Wirkung hat. Die Herstellung der
Rezeptfläche erfolgt häufig in sogenannten Rezeptglas-
Herstellungsbetrieben; hierunter werden dezentrale
Lager für Blanks mit angeschlossener Fertigung für
vergleichsweise einfache Brillenglasflächen verstanden. The production of edged spectacle lenses, finished on both sides, now takes place in several stages, which are often even carried out at different locations:
As a rule, a so-called "blank" is first produced. This is a tubular tubular lens that has been finished on one side. The finished side is generally the more difficult to manufacture surface, for example a surface with a progressive effect or a toric surface. The other surface, which is also referred to as the prescription surface, is only produced when there is a specific order for a lens with a certain effect. For this purpose, the prescription area is selected so that the spectacle lens has the effect required for a particular spectacle wearer. The recipe surface is often produced in so-called recipe glass factories; this means decentralized storage for blanks with connected production for comparatively simple spectacle lens surfaces.
After the production of the tube round finished on both sides The edge of the lens is removed from the lens speaking of the shape of the disc from the glasses wearer chosen version. The rim of the lens is currently mostly carried out in the optician specialist stores in which the spectacle wearer made his frame has chosen.
This was distributed over a number of processing points Production of a double-sided edge Eyeglass lenses not only require a high investment tion expenditure because both in the manufacturing company for the blank, in the recipe glass grinding shop, as well as in the optician specialist shop expensive machines for the Surface or Edge processing must be available. But above all, the production is according to the current usual scheme error-prone, because in each machining level a new admission and a new one Clamping the glasses must be done.
The error caused by the multiple recording vulnerability can also be found in DE 40 03 002 only partially help to beat the recording block, which the Inclusion of the lens for both the surfaces editing the recipe surface as well as for the edge editing allowed.
The above also applies if the for making the recipe surface and the edge processing necessary steps are "mixed", as this, for example, in DE-A 42 21 377 has been hit.
The invention has for its object a direction for the production of double-sided manufacture edged glasses made from blanks or one-sided manufacture tubular glasses according to the generic term of Develop claim 1 such that the Her position of such glasses without multiple Auf taking the glasses and with little investment effort is possible.
Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Ansprüche 2ff.An inventive solution to this problem is in Claim 1 indicated. Further training of the Invention are the subject of claims 2ff.
According to the invention, the device for producing manufacture rimed spectacles on both sides in this way trained that the workpiece carrier together with the each of them picked up glass to the individual Processing stations are moved. In a different way presses is not in the device according to the invention a single tool carrier for each processing station assigned to the permanent in the processing station remains. Rather, the glasses to be processed glass first picked up by a workpiece carrier, the one together with the glasses he picked up glass to the individual processing stations, so for example the processing station for the Recipe area and then to the processing stations for the edge. This eliminates any errors caused by the multiple recording and the same glasses during the surface and edge processing can arise. Furthermore the investment is significantly reduced because for example, in a small optician specialist only one workpiece carrier is available must, the processing station for the Recipe glass surface and edge processing.
Of course, it is also possible to have several To provide workpiece carriers that "intermittently" between be moved to the individual processing stations. The workpiece carriers can thereby according to claim 6 each have a glass holding shaft known per se, which can be positioned relative to the tools and around its axis is rotatable, so that it for example is possible, the individual circumferences in succession edit cuts of the lens edge.
According to claim 2, the workpiece or the workpiece carrier a memory for the processing data of the each have glass picked up by him. In order to eliminates the errors caused by an inadequate "Information transfer" between the individual Be work stations can arise.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention the workpiece carriers do not consist of a simple one Workpiece holder, but have a positioning direction that the workpiece carrier in the respective Processing station according to the respective bear processing data of the glass to be processed emotional. For example, the workpiece carrier in a processing station in which the edge processing using a conventional grinding device from ge which leads to the "delivery" between grinding lens and glasses required - from the angle of rotation dependent movement of the glass holding shaft. It is further preferred if the tools in the processing stations none for processing specifics of the glass to be processed Perform movements (claim 5).
Can be used as tool carriers and positioning devices various devices are used:
For example, according to claim 5, the positioning each have an industrial robot, each of which carries a glass to be processed and the the glasses both between each machining stations as well as in the individual machining stations according to the respective processing move the process.
Of course, the workpiece carriers - like already mentioned - a glass holding shaft known per se have positionable relative to the tools and is rotatable about its axis. It is preferred if a simple linking system the workpiece carrier moved between the processing stations (Claim 7). To have an exact positional relationship between the tools and the tool carriers ensure the workpiece carrier according to Claim 8 in the respective processing stations a tool carrier can be docked.
