Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung schmiedeeiserner Rippenrohre. Die Rippen schmiedeeiserner Rippenrohre werden, soweit nicht das Kernrohr mit den Rippen im geschmolzenen Metallbade verlötet wird, zum Zwecke inniger Berührung und guten Wärmeüberganges von Rohr auf Rippe durch die verschiedenartigsten Verfahren mechanisch auf das Kernrohr aufgepreßt. Da hierbei zwei harte Metalle miteinander zur Auflage kommen, erstreckt sich die gewünschte innige Berührung nur auf sehr kleine Flächen, die dem Wärmeübergang einen merklichen Widerstand entgegensetzen. Ferner sind die Berührungsstellen zwischen Rippen und Kernrohr erfahrungsgemäß dem Rosten ausgesetzt, wodurch der Wärmeübergang mit der Zeit weiter verschlechtert wird.Process for the manufacture of wrought iron finned tubes.
