Method for heating high-pressure two-pressure locomotives. The invention
relates to a method and a device for heating two-pressure locomotive boilers.
It has been found in the heating of dual-pressure locomotive boilers, especially those at
which a water pipe fire book # v as a high pressure part and the usual heating pipe long boiler
serves as a low-pressure part, the drawback shown that the high-pressure part is already after
reached its normal operating pressure during a relatively short "time
Multiples of this time is required to get the low pressure part to normal
Bring operating pressure. This phenomenon is mainly due to
claß the water tube fire rifle has a relatively low water content and
In addition, the heating of the heating surface in the fire box is greater than in the long boiler,
in which the fire gases enter already considerably cooled. The high pressure boiler
thus delivers steam early on, for those in locomotive operations in general
is not yet in use.
Hochdruckteil verwendet. The stated malady is made by the procedure and the establishment
eliminated according to the invention. The procedure is that when heating up a
Water circulation from (learn low pressure part through the high pressure boiler part
the low pressure boiler is created back and that this water circulation for so long
is maintained until a pressure is reached in both boiler parts, which is about
corresponds to the normal operating pressure of the low-pressure boiler. That way will
so the colder water from the low-pressure part to the hotter one constantly
Hot gas zones
transferred, so that the time (lazy until reaching the normal operating pressure.
is considerably reduced in the low pressure part. To perform this procedure
a conveying device is provided between the low pressure vessel and high pressure vessel
and the high-pressure boiler approximately at the height of the upper water level with an overflow
after your low pressure boiler. This overflow is connected to a valve
Control of the overflow cross-section. To achieve the water circulation
the existing high pressure feed water pump between 'low and
High pressure part used.
Die Zeichnung stellt eine Ausführungsform einer Einrichtung zur Durchführung
des Verfahrens gemäß der Erfindung dar.The drawing shows an embodiment of a device for implementation
of the method according to the invention.
A drückt.
In beiden Kesseln steigt
von beispielsweise 6o Atm.The water tube fire box A of the locomotive shown serves as a high pressure boiler part, the long heating tube boiler B as a low pressure boiler part. The upper steam water tank e of the high pressure fire box A is provided with heaters la for a heat transfer medium for indirect evaporation of the water. The condensate of this heat carrier flows from a collecting pipe h through downpipes i to the lower water chambers f of the fire box. t is a safety valve which blows through a pipe u into the water space of the low pressure boiler B. In the steam space of the upper drum c there is the Dampfentnahlnerohr L, which supplies the high pressure steam to the high pressure superheater C, from which the superheated steam through a line .ii. goes into the high pressure stage of the: machine. The steam from the low-pressure boiler B goes through the steam extraction pipe s into the low-pressure heating superheater D, and the transferred steam goes from this superheater to the second stage of the machine. The exhaust steam from the machine escapes through the pipe q and the exhaustor r. H is a pump which sucks the water out of your low-pressure boiler B through a line v and presses it through the line w into the upper drum e of the high-pressure fire box A. This pump H can be the high-pressure feed pump which is otherwise present between the low-pressure and high-pressure parts, so that a special circulation device can then be dispensed with. Approximately at the height of the upper water level of the high-pressure drum e there is an overflow a after the low-pressure boiler B, and in this overflow pipe a a shut-off or control valve b is switched on, which is operated from the driver's cab by a hemp gear c by means of a linkage d and bevel gear f will. The process of heating up is as follows: The high-pressure pump H conveys the feed water from your low-pressure boiler B through the lines v and ur into the high-pressure drum e. When the control valve b is open, the water flows out of the drum e back into the low-pressure boiler B and starts the same cycle again. In both vessels the pressure now rises uniformly, and the circulation of water through both through boiler will continue until both a boiler pressure is reached, which is about the normal operating pressure of about 1 5 Atm. of the low pressure boiler B. Then the overflow line a is closed by the valve b, and the high pressure boiler A then makes steam up to its normal operating pressure of, for example, 60 atm in a relatively short time.
Die tberlaufeinrichtung mit dein Absperr-bzw. Regelventil kann in
