Abstract

The invention relates to a steering-wheel table for hooking onto a steering wheel of a commercial vehicle when in use and for folding together to form a small suitcase when not in use. The steering-wheel table has a supporting plate forming a surface for writing or for setting down objects on and a front plate which is connected pivotably to the supporting plate and has at least one storage compartment for objects. Der in Fig. 1 in seiner Gebrauchsstellung in Verbindung mit einem Lenkrad 10 eines Nutzfahrzeugs in Draufsicht dargestellte Lenkradtisch 11 weist eine eine Schreibunterlage oder Abstellfläche bildende Auflageplatte 12 und eine Frontplatte 13 auf, die zwei im Abstand übereinander angeordnete Ablagefächer 14, 15 trägt. Jedes Ablagefach 14, 15 erstreckt sich über die gesamte Breite der Frontplatte 13 und ist im Querschnitt etwa U-förmig ausgebildet (Fig. 3), wobei die Öffnungen 141 und 151 der Ablagefächer 14, 15 nach oben gerichtet sind. Die Auflageplatte 12 und die Frontplatte 13 sind über ein Scharnier 16 schwenkbar miteinander verbunden, wobei das Scharnier 16 an der Hinterkante 121 der Auflageplatte 12 und an der Unterkante 131 der Frontplatte 13 liegt. Die Halter 19 sind dabei in dem der Auflageplatte 12 zugekehrten unteren Bereich der Frontplatte 13 unter einem spitzen Winkel von der Frontplatte 13 schräg nach hinten weggespreizt. Bei am Lenkradkranz 101 eingehängten Haltern 19 liegt die mit ihren Einbuchtungen 18 auf den Lenkradkranz 101 aufgesetzte Auflageplatte 12 wenig oberhalb der von Lenkradnabe und -speiche gebildeten Lenkradmulde (vgl. Fig. 2) und erstreckt sich in die Tiefe des Lenkrads 10 hinein. Lenkradtisch für Kraftfahrzeuge zum Anhängen an ein aus Lenkradnabe, -speiche und -kranz bestehendes Lenkrad eines Kraftfahrzeugs bei Gebrauch, mit einer eine Schreib- oder Abstellfläche bildenden Auflageplatte, mit einer mindestens ein Ablagefach für Gegenstände tragenden, an der Hinterkante der Auflageplatte schwenkbar befestigten Frontplatte, die zur Bildung eines Transportbehältnisses nach Abnahme vom Lenkrad an die Auflagefläche anklappbar ist, und mit an der Frontplatte angeordneten Haltern zum Übergreifen des Lenkradkranzes in dessen der Frontscheibe des Kraftfahrzeugs zugekehrten oberen Abschnitt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageplatte (12) auf ihrer Unterseite nahe ihrer von der Frontplatte (13) abgekehrten Vorderkante (122) zwei randseitig angeordnete bogenförmige Einbuchtungen (18) mit einem dem Lenkradkranzradius entsprechenden Krümmungsradius aufweist, die dem Lenkradkranz (101) zu dessen formschlüssigem Übergreifen angepaßt sind, und daß die Halter (19) so an der Frontplatte (13) von dieser wegstehend angeordnet sind, daß bei den Lenkradkranz (101) übergreifenden Haltern (19) die mit ihren Einbuchtungen (18) auf dem Lenkradkranz (101) aufgesetzte Auflageplatte (12) wenig oberhalb der von Lenkradnabe und -speiche gebildeten Lenkradmulde liegt.1.
