Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a fiberglass composite Manufactured containers for the storage and collection of Liquids, especially rainwater collection tanks.
So far, soils have been embedded in the soil of the garden Rainwater collecting tank by stacking made of several concrete rings. To seal the Concrete rings from the inside and outside with a water impermeable casual coating, for example a bitumen coating be provided. The disadvantage of this is that for the production of such a collector, a lifting device, for example a crane, for inserting the rings into the Soil, must be present. Beyond that shown that such a collector does not last is waterproof. It is rather the case that the Rings of water pass through each other over time.
In addition, rainwater collection tanks are made of blown PE plastic known, but they have the disadvantage that they cannot be embedded in the floor because they are Earth pressure not without permanent deformation can withstand.
However, they are also made of fiberglass composite Manufactured container known, the manufacture such a container, however, is extremely complex and therefore expensive is. Because the well-known collectors are according to the state of the Technique wrapped on a thorny structure, the Thorn is in several parts, and after completion of the Container jacket collapses to the container jacket to be able to pull off the mandrel. In addition, there are Containers that have a volume of about 5 cubic meters due to their weight without lifting equipment handle.
The invention is therefore based on the object of a container of the type mentioned at the beginning, which is inexpensive in the Manufacturing and also easy to use.
The object is achieved in that the Container consists of several container elements, each Container element at least one flange for connection with another container element. Such from Glass fiber composite made of several Container elements from existing collectors don't just hold that Pressure of the soil stood when it was embedded in the soil is, but also other possible burdens like them for example, occur when vehicles are in the ground run over the inserted collector. In addition, is a to also transport such containers in a space-saving manner since it is composed of individual elements.
Thanks to the flanges projecting outwards ensures that the collector does not float, but rather by the flanges with the bottom a positive Connection comes in. Specifically, such a Container consisting of a base and a lid element, which are connected to each other by a jacket element, one Cathedral to cover a manhole. In the area of the cathedral a flange can be provided for the attachment of a pump, to be able to supply the water to consumers. Furthermore the container has an inlet for rainwater and an overflow to drain water when the container is filled.
According to a special feature of the invention, the The jacket of the jacket element is conical towards the center. in the individual, the jacket element consists of two parts, each part of the jacket element tapering is tapered, and has an approach, wherein the two approaches have a different diameter have. When assembled, they become one Sheath element forming parts in the area of the approaches a corresponding laminate bonded together. The advantage the conical design of the jacket element is on the one hand in that herewith an additional security against Floating the container is won because of that existing soil an additional force component in acts vertically on the container. Furthermore however, there are also manufacturing advantages; a one piece cylindrical jacket element with on both sides an outwardly projecting flange can be not make without a split tool. Through the Bipartition of the jacket element can each part of Jacket element easily from the appropriate tool be subtracted, due to the slightly conical design the part of the jacket element is removed from the tool is facilitated. Another advantage of the conical Formation of the part is that this in the area the connection of the two parts of the jacket element one Reinforcing effect is generated in the radial direction, thereby avoiding bulging of the container. This is of particular interest if the container is not is embedded in the ground, but free-standing, for example in the basement, and the container Must withstand liquid pressure. In known, made of PE blown containers becomes the container to which Being able to withstand fluid pressure with a cuff provided that from a honeycomb-shaped Paper sleeve is made, the honeycomb with polyester resin fill out.
In the drawing, there are two exemplary embodiments shown a container.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Vertikalbehälter; Fig. 1 shows a vertical container;
Fig. 2 zeigt einen Horizontalbehälter. Fig. 2 shows a horizontal container.
4a, 4b.According to the embodiment of a first collecting container shown in FIG. 1, the container designated overall by 1 consists of the base element 2 and the cover element 3 , the cover element and the base element being connected to one another by a jacket element 4 . To connect the three elements, the elements each have one or two flanges 2 a, 3 a or 4 a, 4 b.
The connection of the outwardly projecting flanges 2 a, 4 b and. 3 a, 4 a with each other is done by screws 5 . On the container there is the dome, which is denoted overall by 6 , which covers a manhole 7 and which serves to hold a pump (not shown) in order to be able to remove water from the container. In addition, the cover element 3 has an inlet 8 and an outlet 9 as an overflow. Each of these elements 2 , 3 and 4 is designed in size so that it fits through normal doors, and can also be easily transported by two people due to its light weight. The height of the container can be varied by arranging several jacket elements 4 one above the other. A jacket element 4 consists of the two parts 4 c, 4 d, each end having a cylindrical extension 4 e, 4 f, the cylindrical extensions 4 e, 4 f having such a different diameter that they can be pushed into one another. To produce a complete jacket element, the two parts are laminated together in the area of the approaches. In principle, the vertical container can also be used lying down; in this case only the dome, the inlet and the overflow have to be arranged at the appropriate places. This poses no problems, since such changes can always be taken into account due to the production with fiberglass composite material.
The second embodiment of a collecting container 10 shown in FIG. 2 consists of two container elements 11 and 12 , each of which likewise has a circumferential flange 11 a or 12 a, which can be connected to one another by screws 16 . The container 10 is suitable for placement in closed rooms; the container elements 11 and 12 are also dimensioned so that they fit through ordinary doors. The container 10 also has a dome 13 for receiving a pump (not shown) and is provided with an inlet 14 and an outlet 15 .
