Abstract

The automobile windscreen antireflection coating unit comprises a bearing surface and a bell. The bearing surface can be rotated by means of a motor, so that uniform antireflection coating can take place. The bell can be lowered from the ceiling by means of a hydraulic system. At the base of the area in which the antireflection coating operation takes place, exhaust gas channels leading to oil diffusion pumps which generate a reduced pressure are located in the base opening. These pumps have a high performance. A high vacuum of at least 10<-6> hPa must be generated. This allows a high acceleration of the electron beam to be produced, causing antireflection coating. A temperature of 300 DEG C prevails within the high vacuum. At this temperature, it is possible for MgF (magnesium fluoride) to diffuse into the silicate. The temperature is generated via substrate heating within the bell. In order to determine and check the thickness of the coating already applied, a quartz resonator which reduces its frequency from 80 Hz to 50 Hz when smeared up with desired thickness of 1/200 mm is located at the top of the device. The layer thickness is calculated from the refractive index of the material. The evaporation of the magnesium fluoride is effected by an electron beam evaporator on the base of the device. At least 6 complete cars can be provided with antireflection coatings in the machine described by me. The construction of an even larger ... Original abstract incomplete.

Description

The technical field is in the field of glass manufacturing, especially in the field of automotive and vehicle construction. The glass is used to improve the optical properties anti-reflective.

In my opinion, the technical status is so far that in Second World War an anti-reflective coating for optical warfare was invented, which gives the user a more precise, enabled better vision.

After World War II, this idea came from the Americans further developed for eyeglass lenses.

Especially in the case of passenger cars, the windshield appears flexe of the interior and the oncoming light sources.

Through glare and bright contrasts, these can affect the user prevent the vehicle from moving as it is too far away formation and reflections of signs, cars, pedestrians etc. lead in the car windows.

The degree of reflection can be used to improve traffic safety a glass pane can be reduced by 3-9%.

Quelle Berufsschule 3 Nürnberg Technologie, Herr Ferstel.Source Vocational School 3 Nuremberg Technology, Mr. Ferstel.

The invention is actually just the further development of Possibility of exploiting the possibility of improvement traffic safety by anti-reflective coating of the car or train window.

There are other options in the area of advertising.

The commercial side of a shop window increases yours Worth it if the shop window is not only beautifully decorated, but the viewer also has a clear, anti-glare view through the Granted glass through.

Hierzu ein Beispiel für andere Gläser:Here is an example for other glasses:

An aquarium in the zoo that leads dolphins can do the same anti-reflective, like the picture tube of a television.

The invention for which protection is sought is the origin and operating new anti-reflective systems, which not only did not reflect the anti-reflective glasses, but also all others.
