Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a fire truck with the features of the preamble of claim 1, such as from DE 41 07 741 A1 is known.
The known vehicle is just like the invention for a civil protection, in particular tanks converted for fire fighting in large fires the armored hull has an opening for the use of a Has tower. Instead of a tower, a tank is in shape of a container inserted into the tower opening. The tub is for the driver / operator via a separate, ver lockable hatch accessible.
The invention has for its object a fire truck of the type described so that the driving and Operating personnel of the vehicle completely from adverse on rivers is protected in the event of their use. This is especially true in the case of accidents in the chemical field Industry or in the nuclear power sector of importance where Exposure to smoke, exposure to toxic chemicals or of radioactive radiation to the operating personnel of the fire engine is to be avoided.
Zur Lösung der Aufgabe dienen die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1.The features of claim 1 serve to achieve the object.
Advantageous embodiments are in the subclaims put under protection.
Because the attached tank is gas and radiation tight compared to that originally for the use of a Turret designed opening in the tub seals Gas tightness and ABC protection for driving and operating personnel guaranteed, which has a separate, of course also sealed gas and radiation proof gold hatch can get inside the tank pan. All Units and additional units are also in the tub housed, being required for the extinguishing operation Additional units below the tank in the tower opening and in the bow area in the access area for drivers and operators can be arranged.
Es zeigen:The invention is based on the schematic drawing Solutions to exemplary embodiments with further details explained in more detail. Show it:
Fig. 1 eine Frontansicht eines Löschfahrzeuges nach der Erfindung; Figure 1 is a front view of a fire truck according to the invention.
Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht des Löschfahrzeuges nach Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 is a side view of the fire truck of FIG. 1 and
Fig. 3 eine teilweise aufgeschnittene Seitenansicht wie Fig. 2. Fig. 3 is a partially cutaway side view as FIG. 2.
The fire truck according to the figures has a tank pan 2 on an all-terrain undercarriage with two tracks 4 and an attached tank 6 for extinguishing agent. According to FIG. 3, the tank 6 comprises a foam tank 8 for foam-forming extinguishing agent and a water tank 10 for extinguishing water.
The track chains 4 are driven by a conventional vehicle engine 12 ( FIG. 3) equipped as a tank engine in the rear of the fire truck.
In the bow of the tank pan 2 , a space 3 for the driver and operator is left free in the pan. This room 3 is accessible via a hatch that is gas and radiation-tight by means of manhole covers 5 '. Grouped around the entrance hatches are known angle mirror vision units 15 grouped, which provide drivers and operators in the closed state of the manhole cover 5 'a 180 ° view of the environment on a natural scale. In room 3 , a driver and an operator station are provided next to each other with the necessary operating and control devices for driving the vehicle and for operating a fire extinguishing device, designated overall by reference number 14 , in the form of a fire gun. This extinguishing device 14 is mounted on an arm 16 projecting from the bow of the tank pan 2 , through which the extinguishing device 14 is supplied with extinguishing agent. The extinguishing agent is conveyed via pipes 9 and 11 from the water tank 10 and with the addition of foam-forming agent from the foam tank 8 via a Krei sel pump 20 acting as an extinguishing pump in a collecting hose 18 which is connected to the rigid arm 16 within the tank pan 2 . In addition, the extinguishing device 14 can be equipped with a camera 17 for designing a surrounding image on a monitor arranged in the tank pan 2 . This camera 17 , together with the extinguishing device 14, can be remotely pivoted by the operator in height (elevation) and side (azimuth).
The centrifugal pump 20 is driven by a hydrostatic intermediate gear with a hydraulic motor 22 and hydraulic pump 24 , which in turn is driven by the armored motor 12 , the hydraulic pump 24 drawing in the hydraulic oil from an oil tank 25 .
The water tank 10 is divided via bulkheads 101 , 102 into three water tank chambers 105 , 106 , 107 , which are provided with openings 103 , 104 for communicating the water in the tank 10 .
At the bottom, the two water tank chambers 105 , 106 are closed by a base 110 which is inserted tightly via an annular flange 111 with an interposed ring seal 113 sealing against gas and radiation into the annular flange of the tank pan 2 which delimits the tower opening 5 of the tank pan 2 . The tank 6 thus closes the tower opening tightly.
From the figures it can be seen that the tank 6 placed on the tank pan 2 has a maximum possible volume in that its width ( FIG. 1) corresponds to the total outside width of the undercarriage (track chains 4 ) and its length corresponds to the length of the tank pan 2 is dimensioned with the exception of the space required for access to room 3 and for the assembly of the Löschvor device 14 . This also applies to the height, which is determined by the permissible total passage height, which results from the total height of the fire truck above ground when the tractor is in a raised position. Measured in terms of the available space, a maximum tank volume is available to hold extinguishing agent (foam, water).
In a fire truck according to the invention, the protective function of the tank pan 2 is retained both mechanically and with regard to ABC protection if the external environment is contaminated by smoke, toxic gases or radioactive radiation. The room 3 can be air-conditioned to create an atmosphere that facilitates operation for drivers and operators.
With the fire truck, a deletion is also possible from driving in the so-called roll and pump mode, because the hydrostatic intermediate gear 22 , 24 generates the drive of the rotary sel pump 20 regardless of the changing engine speeds during the trip a constant nominal power. All units and auxiliary units required for operation are housed within the protected tank pan 2 , mainly below the turret opening 5 and in the bow area 3 in the driver and operator's access area. The additional units are accessible via a crawl space 7 ( FIG. 3) even when the tank 6 is in place , which can be made removable. For this purpose, the centrifugal pump 20 is arranged in the bow area 3 and coupled to the tank motor 12 via the controllable hydrostatic intermediate gear with a hydraulic motor 22 , which ensures the constant nominal pump power when the engine is idling (operating mode: "delete from a standing position").
The fire truck according to the invention is especially for the Fighting large fires in dangerous environments piert, e.g. B. in forest fires in ammunition-contaminated surroundings, in chemical fires or in fires in nuclear power plants and in fires in rough terrain.
