Abstract

Security claws (4) protect the clutch pedal (1), the brake pedal (2) and the accelerator pedal (3) against the action of a thief. The locking pieces (5) and the security housings (7) are made of hardened steel. The security claws (4a, 4b) consist of two halves but may also be made as one piece (8) using a movable hinge. A vibration switch (6) is attached to the vehicle horn, which is set off by the force of rough handling or a break-in. On disconnecting a cable (9) the alarm is immediately silenced.

Description

Die Sicherheitskralle 4a+4b wird zwischen Kupplung 1 Bremse 2 und Gaspedal 3 angebracht und verschlossen, dadurch können nur alle Teile zusammen bewegt werden. Durch den Schalter 6 sowie durch das Kabel 9 soll erreicht werden, das bei grober Handhabung (schon beim Aufbrechen des KFZ) ein Alarm ausgelöst wird. Sollte ein Dieb versuchen die Kralle aufzuhebeln so wird der Schalter der auf Vibration reagiert sofort einen Alarm auslösen, das gleiche gilt für das Kabel, denn wird dieses durchtrennt, erfolgt sofort der Alarm. Die Kralle sollte mehrere Schlösser haben, da damit verhin­ dert wird, daß die Kralle überhaupt aufgehebelt werden kann, und um so länger einer hantiert, desto größer ist die Möglichkeit, daß der Alarm ausgelöst wird. Auch sollte man die einfache Handhabung erwähnen, wo beide Teile oder durch ein Scharnier bewegliches Teil zwischen Kupplung, Bremse und Gaspedal gesteckt und abgeschlossen wird, wobei ein Schloß als Aufnahme für den Sicherheits­ schalter dient. Auch ist dieses System für Automatikfahrzeuge durch eine Verkürzung gedacht. Was auch von Vorteil an diesem Sicherheitssystem ist, ist die untere Partie des Fahrzeuges, die einem nur ein Aufhebeln außerhalb des Fahrzeuges ermöglicht, so daß man damit rechnen muß, daß man gesehen wird. Das Material für die Kralle und den Sicherungsring für den Schließzylinder sollte aus gehärtetem Stahl sein, so daß kein Aufsägen möglich ist. Ein weiterer Vorteil an diesem System ist, sollte einmal das Alarmsystem versagen, so ist das Aufbrechen der Kralle nur mit größter Anstrengung und einem zeitlichen Aufwand verbunden, der Diebe unsicher werden läßt. Claims (1)

Die Sicherheitskralle 4a, die mit der Sicherheitskralle 4b, die Kupplung 1, die Bremse 2 sowie das Gaspedal 3 vor Dieb­ stahl schützen soll. Sie kann jedem KFZ angepaßt werden. Die Schlösser 5 sowie das Sicherheitsgehäuse 7, das aus ge­ härtetem Material besteht, wobei es sich um ein oder mehrere Schlösser handeln kann. Es kann auch anderes Material ge­ nommen werden. Die Sicherheitskralle 4a+4b die aus zwei hälf­ ten besteht, kann aber auch wie 8 aus einem Stück, durch ein bewegliches Scharnier hergestellt werden. Den Vibrationsschal­ ter 6, der an die Hupe, oder ein eigenes Alarmsystem ange­ schlossen wird, und der in einem Schloß 5 sitzt und beim abschließen verriegelt wird, der auf Vibration reagiert, so daß dieser bei grober Handhabung (schon beim Aufbre­ chen) die Hupe oder das eigene Alarmsystem auslöst. Das Kabel 9, das bei Durchtrennung sofort Alarm auslöst. Es können beliebig viele Schalter 6 installiert werden.
