'Den Gegenstand der Erfindung betrifft ein Tür- und Fensterband mit selbsttätig
wirkender Feststellvorrichtung. Bekannten Einrichtungen dieser Art gegenüber besteht
das Wesen der Erfindung im besonderen darin, daß man iin Drehzapfen des üblichen
Scharnierbande,s eigen Längsschlitz vorsieht und in: diesem ein unter Federwirkung
stehendes Feststellorgan. anordnet, dessen freies Ende mit einer Nase in an den
aneinanderliegenden Enden der Bandhülsen vorgesehenen Ausschnitte selbsttätig einschnappt
und aus diesen mittels Fingerdruckes auf die hervorstehende Nase entgegen der Federwirkung
in den Längsschlitz des Drehzapfens zurückgedrückt weiden kann, so daß die beiden

Der in der Hülse 2
des unteren Bandteiles i üblicher Ausbildung angeordnete Drehzapfen 3 ist mit einem
Längsschlitz 4. versehen, in welchem sich das Feststellorgan 5 befindet. An letzterem
ist eine Blattfeder 6 in bekannter Weise befestigt, durch welche das Feststellorgan
in der in Abb. i veranschaulichten Lage gehalten wird. Unterhalb des oberen Endes
des Feststellorgans 5 ist eine Nase 8 vorgesehen. Bei einer bestimmten Stellung
der beiden Bandteile i und 12 (Abb. i und 2), d. i. wenn die an den aneinanderliegenden
Enden der Bandhülsen 2 und 9 angebrachten Ausschnitte i i und io einander gegenüber
zu liegen kommen, schnappt das Ende 7 des Feststellorgans 5 in den Ausschnitt io
und die Nase 8 in den Ausschnitt[ 1 i selbsttätig ein. In dieser Lage sind die beiden
Bandteile i und 12 mit Bezug zueinander festgestellt, so daß der obere Bandteil
und somit der durch .diesen getragene Fenster- oder Türflügel nicht gedreht werden
kann. Wenn man aber das Feststellorgan 5 durch einen auf die hervorstehende Nase
8 ausgeübten Fingerdruck derart in den Längsschlitz q. des Drehzapfens 3 hineindrückt,
daß das Ende 7 des Feststellorgans 5 aus dem Ausschnitt io heraustritt, so kann
der obere Bandteil 12 frei gedreht werden. Es ist klar, daß beim Öffnen des Fenster
oder Türflügels das obere Ende 7 des Feststellorgans 5 unter Wirkung der Feder 6
selbsttätig in den Ausschnitt i o einschnappt und somit die Verriegelung herbeiführt,
