Abstract
Description
Für Dauerprojektion werden bisher meist Glas- bzw. Blechgobos eingesetzt. Mit begrenzter Leistung von ca. 150 Watt Metalldampflampen ist mit der Konstruktion von Barbara Jörns, Augsburg ("Projektor mit Metalldampf- oder ähnlicher Lampe", G 89 08 143.9) auch ohne zusätzlichen Wärmefilter farbige Dauerprojektion in Fotoqualität mit Farbfoliendias, Diapositiv-Film oder Overheadfolien möglich. Mit Glas- bzw. Blechgobos können nur scherenschnitt ähnliche schwarz-weiß oder gerasterte Projektionsbilder erzeugt werden. Diese bilden somit eine Art optische Bank mit exakt 180 Grad entgegengesetzter Projektionsrichtung und bewirken einen Licht- (und damit auch Wärme-) austritt zu zwei Seiten. Gleichzeitig sorgen zwei Axialventilatoren für zwei parallele, in ihrer Richtung gegensätzliche Kühlluftströme. Diese Kühlluftströme verlaufen rechtwinklig zu den optischen Systemen, wobei der eine der beiden Luftströme die Linsen und Bildebene des einen optischen Systemes kühlt, der andere die des zweiten optischen Systems. Mit Leitblechen werden diese Kühlluftströme so verengt, daß im Bereich der Linsen und Bildebene jeweils eine höhere Strömungsgeschwindigkeit erreicht wird. Anschließend können sie durch die Rasterbleche - Lichtblenden nahezu ungehindert entweichen (siehe dazu auch Zeichnung "Kühlluftführung" Nr. D11-92-005). Durch die ausschließliche Verwendung von Aluminium mit großen Materialstärken bzw.
