Description
The invention relates to a method for extraction natural milk proteins, in which a milk fraction with an anionic polysaccharide solution, whereby the mixture is separated into natural cas concentrate and one containing the precipitant Fraction.
It is known to use milk centrifugally divide separation techniques into three fractions, and in fat, casein and whey fractions. Although everyone Components of milk are to be regarded as food, has so far not been able to pre-process waste-free milk processing be taken. This led to main and by-products, their biological value and their costs are sometimes large Fluctuations.
Thereby first managed to find your solution in natural casein gain sixfold concentration. This method but could not prevail because of a large amount expensive pectin was consumed (about 250 kg / t casein con concentrate). A sensible use of this pectin Whey that would have covered the pectin costs could not being found.
The object of the present invention is a method for the production of natural casein concentrate with low To create fat content in which only small amounts of precipitate resources are required.
This object is achieved in that the separation of the Mixture is carried out by means of a centrifuge and an abge separated first polysaccharide fraction is used again for the separation of a milk fraction in casein concentrate and a second polysaccharide fraction.
By using a centrifuge to separate the Ge mix and reuse the separated polysac charid fraction was able to get the required amount of polysac charid can be significantly reduced. Per 1000 kg of dry Milk protein concentrate is only 70-220 kg of poly saccharide required.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the Un reproduced claims.
