Pulver kann durch Wahl der Körnung und/oder durch Wahl des Ausgangsmaterials so eingestellt werden, daß die Mischung aus den brennbaren Schadstoffen und dem beigemischten Pulver/Mittel weniger oder überhaupt nicht brennbar ist. Dieses Mittel bzw. Pulver vermischt sich vor der Abfiltrierung mit den Schadstoffen der Abluft und wird gemeinsam mit diesen im Filter, insbesondere im Trockenfilter, abgeschieden. Nach Sammeln des Pulvers in einem Abscheide-Staubbunker der Filteranlage kann dieses Pulver wieder analog dem Frisch­ pulver der zu reinigenden, verunreinigten Luft zum erneu­ ten Abfiltrieren beigemischt werden. Dieses sog. Kreislaufpulver kann dabei in der lösungsmäßigen Zusam­ mensetzung so abgesiebt werden, daß der Filtrationsprozeß erleichtert wird. Zu nennen ist hierbei die Auslegung auf einen geringen Druckverlust, einen geringen Energiever­ brauch, sowie einen verbesserten Feinstaubaustrag.
