go°-Verschiebung .erreicht wird.
Device for achieving a 90 ° phase shift in induction motor meters.
With most induction motor meters you either bring on the tension iron
or a short-circuit winding on the current iron, which is fixed or adjustable
and with which one the phase of the magnetic. Rivers so influenced that the so-called
go ° shift. is reached. You can also see the effect of the short-circuit winding
by making them changeable by using a controllable one. Resistance closes.
Have all of these arrangements. the. Disadvantage that they die in a small area
Affect phase shift very strongly while outside this range
are very ineffective. So it takes a lot of practice, the required attitude
to produce with sufficient accuracy.
The present invention seeks adjustment in a different way
to achieve while maintaining the effectiveness of regulation
about the
to make the whole range of displacement as uniform as possible.
Fig. I shows an example of the device shown, Fig.2 a
other embodiment.
Man regelt
wird.a is a. Copper ring around the one. Pole of the tension iron e, which is penetrated by the motor-driven flux, is lying around. It is completely filled with magnetic material b on its interior. Around said ring engages a pocket c of magnetic material, it may comprise less .or more, depending on the position into which the copper ring it is brought. This device does not regulate the ohmic resistance of the winding, nor does it adjust the effectiveness of the winding by removing it from a stronger one. Field to a weaker field, but you change its inductive resistance by slowly changing the iron connection around the copper winding. The arrangement makes it possible to make the regulation effect approximately proportional to the displacement of the magnetic pocket. You can therefore set the phase shift much more conveniently with this device than is the case with the previously known devices. Instead of surrounding the short-circuit ring with a magnetic pocket, you can of course also attach a device, as shown in Fig. 2. There an iron part d moves into the ring and surrounds it from inside and outside. Here, too, the effectiveness of the ring can be regulated very gradually, without having to fear excessive gradations in the regulating ability. Finally, you can also make the short-circuit winding movable and immerse it more or less in iron parts, whereby exactly the same effect is achieved.
