Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Neigungsschalter mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a tilt switch with the Features of the preamble of claim 1.
Tilt switch consisting of one in one with Shielding gas filled hermetically sealed Glass tube melted contact spring set with at least two contact springs, the closing or Opening the contact by means of magnetic force are done, for example, from DE 34 35 847 C2 known. Here are two glass tubes in one housing arranged parallel to each other, the one Contains reed contact and a permanent magnet in the other is slidably disposed. The permanent magnet switches in the reed contact in a defined position. Disadvantageous is here that the magnet for the sliding movement is one must overcome considerable resistance and that also wear of the tube and the magnet goes along and thus switching point and switching hysteresis become inaccurate.
The object of the invention is therefore a Tilt switch to create the light and reliably practical even over a long period of time without wear with an exactly definable Switch hysteresis works.
This task is carried out in the characteristic part of the Features mentioned claim 1 solved. Beneficial Embodiments of the invention are in the further Claims included.
Surprisingly, it was found that switching one in a hermetic filled with inert gas sealed glass tube melted down Contact spring set consisting of at least two Contact springs or contact tongues, or from at least a contact spring or tongue and at least a contact carrier, can also be done in that Inside of the glass tube on at least one Contact spring, and / or a contact tongue at least a permanent magnet is arranged and that next to the Glass tube a ball made of a magnetically conductive Material is arranged, which along a predetermined distance parallel to the glass tube is movable.
Advantageously, this is parallel to that Glass tube and, if necessary, connected to it, a second tube made of glass, plastic or metal arranged and the ball is in the second tube in movable in the longitudinal direction.
The second tube is advantageously hermetic sealed and with inert gas, nitrogen or stuffed like that.
The contacts can be made on the contact springs and / or the contact pieces attached to the contact carriers exist, but also, if necessary electroplated or in a comparable manner applied, contact surfaces of the contact springs or Be tongues.
According to a special embodiment of the invention contains the second tube a damping fluid.
According to a further special embodiment of the invention is at least one for defining the switching hysteresis Permanent magnet arranged on the outside of the second tube.
Es zeigen:In the following the invention is exemplified with reference to Drawings described in more detail. Show it:
Fig. 1 eine Ausführung der Erfindung mit einer Kontaktfeder und zwei Kontaktträgern; Figure 1 shows an embodiment of the invention with a contact spring and two contact carriers.
Fig. 2 eine Ausführung der Erfindung mit einer Kontaktfeder und einer Kontaktzunge; Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of the invention with a contact spring and a contact blade;
Fig. 3 eine weitere Ausführung der Erfindung mit einer Kontaktfeder und einer Kontaktzunge; Fig. 3 shows a further embodiment of the invention with a contact spring and a contact blade;
Fig. 4 shows a further embodiment of the invention with a contact spring and a contact tongue.
Fig. 1 shows two glass tubes, a longer glass tube 1 , containing the contact spring set, consisting of a contact spring 3 and two contact carriers 4 , 5 and a shorter glass tube 2 , containing a steel ball 11 , which are arranged parallel to one another and connected to one another. The contact spring set consists of two elongated contact carriers 4 , 5 with low elasticity and a spring steel contact spring arranged in the middle between them and provided with a prestress. The contact spring set is inserted into the glass tube 1 from one side and melted into the bottom thereof. The glass tubes 1 , 2 are hermetically sealed and filled with a gas. The shorter glass tube 2 is arranged at the level of the free ends of the contact spring 3 , or the contact carrier 4 , 5 . In the position shown, the inclination switch is in the rest position, ie the contact spring 3 bears with its contact piece 7 against the contact piece 8 of the contact carrier 5 which defines the normally closed contact. There is a gap between the contact piece 9 of the contact spring 3 and the contact piece 10 of the contact carrier 4 , which defines the working contact. The contact spring 3 is extended beyond the two contact carriers 4 , 5 and carries at its tip a permanent magnet 6 which is oriented towards the second glass tube 2 . Now moves the ball 11 in the second glass tube 2 by changing the position of the tilt switch to the permanent magnet 6 , so the magnetic force overcomes the bias of the contact spring 3 and a contact between the contact piece 9 of the contact spring 3 and the contact piece 10 of the contact carrier 4 is closed suddenly . When the ball 11 returns to the position shown, the contact spring 3 snaps back into the normally closed contact due to its pretension.
FIG. 2 also shows two glass tubes 13 , 14 arranged parallel to one another, the shorter one containing a steel ball 16 . The longer glass tube contains a contact spring 17 , which is provided with a prestress, and a contact tongue 12 made of an antimagnetic material, the contact spring 17 and the contact tongue 12 being guided into the glass tube from the opposite ends thereof and overlapping one another at their ends , wherein the end of the contact tongue 12 faces the second glass tube 14 . In the rest position shown here, there is a gap defined by the pretensioning of the contact spring 17 between the contact spring 17 and the contact tongue 12 . A permanent magnet 15 is arranged on the contact spring 17 shortly behind the area overlapping with the contact tongue 12 , in the direction of the second glass tube 14 , the contact spring 17 in this area consisting of a magnetically conductive material 18 . The second glass tube 14 is arranged so that the ball 16 contained therein can roll from a rest position into a switching position. If the ball 16 rolls into the switching position by changing the position of the switch, the contact spring 17 snaps up and closes the contact with the contact tongue 12 . If the ball 16 rolls back again, the contact spring 17 will snap down again due to its pretension.
Fig. 3 shows a similar embodiment as Fig. 2, with the difference that the contact spring 24 in the glass tube 20 overlaps the contact tongue 19 compared to the second glass tube 21 and the contact is closed in the position shown here by the bias of the contact spring 24 . The contact is interrupted when the ball 23 rolls in the second glass tube 21 over the permanent magnet 22 arranged on the contact spring 24 and the magnetic force overcomes the pretension of the contact spring 24 .
Fig. 4 shows an embodiment which corresponds to that of Fig. 2, but in which, in the longer glass tube 29, a contact tongue 28 and a contact spring 31 are each made of an embossed wire, the contact tongue 28 being non-magnetic and the contact spring 31 being magnetic conductive material. In addition, a further permanent magnet 26 is applied to the outside of the second, shorter glass tube 25 , which contains the ball 27 , which serves to set the switching hysteresis in such a way that the ball 27 only releases at a certain, precisely definable inclination.
The switches shown here can be used in practically all Layers are used and are suitable without additional electronics, direct a current up to 4 Ampere or an auxiliary contactor to switch.
