Description

The invention relates to a refractory lining, in particular for industrial furnaces, with admixtures containing carbon and / or tar-containing and / or pitch-containing substances.

When using dolomite or magnesite building materials Industrial furnaces are lined with carbon term, tar-containing and / or pitch-containing substances soaks to protect them from moisture. The admixtures are also responsible for the actual operational process of Advantage as it has the slag resistance and durability of the increase fireproof lining.

Because of the high temperatures prevailing in industrial furnaces the carbonaceous substances in the area of Surface on the hot side early, however. H. already burned out the first time you heat it, so its protective Effect for the further operational process is lost.

This ensures the desired stance of the lining significantly affected.

The object of the invention is therefore a refractory lining of the type mentioned at the beginning, which create an early Prevents burnout of the carbonaceous substances and thus increasing the durability of the refractory internals.

This object is essentially achieved according to the invention solved that on the surface of the liner a protection glaze is applied, which burns the carbon, tar and / or pitch-containing substances on the surface of the Aus clothes prevented. Through the protective glaze the stripping at least during the first heating up as far as "ver seals "that the carbonaceous substances do not exist can burn out early. Protection is expedient Glaze by filling, brushing or spraying on the finished delivered masonry applied. This is according to the invention ensured that the entire surface of the liner from the protective glaze is covered and the carbon, tar and / or substances containing pitch not through possible joints can leak between the linings.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the protective glaze comprises essentially 5 to 25% Al 2 O 3 , 30 to 70% SiO 2 , 5 to 25% alkalis and and 5 to 15% B 2 O 3 .

A particularly effective protective glaze has 11% Al 2 O 3 , 53% SiO 2 , 10% alkalis and 9% B 2 O 3 . By changing the B 2 O 3 content, the temperature range up to which the protective glaze is resistant can be changed according to the invention. Before geous enough, this temperature range is about 700 to 900 ° C.

Further training, advantages and possible uses of Invention result from the following description of an embodiment. Thereby form all described Features for themselves or in any combination the opposite stood of the invention, regardless of its summary in the claims or their relationship.

Internals are made for the lining of industrial furnaces Dolomite or magnesite building materials used, which with coal impregnated with substances containing tar and / or pitch are to protect the liner from the influence of moisture protect. These additions are also for the company This is advantageous because it improves the resistance to slag and the Increase the durability of the refractory lining. After success The lining of the lining in the industrial furnace becomes a Protective glaze, which is intended up to a temperature of approx. 700 ° C is heat-resistant, by filling, brushing or Syringes applied to the liner.

These are provided in the following ratio: 5 to 25% Al 2 O 3 , 30 to 70% SiO 2 , 5 to 25% alkalis and 5 to 15% B 2 O 3 .

With such a protective glaze, the lining in the Industrial furnace sealed in that the built-in contained carbon, tar and / or pitch-containing sub not be burned out during the first heating and thus the slag in the further operational process durability and durability of the refractory lining heights.
