Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein mehrschichtiges Fassadenver­ kleidungselement nach dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspru­ ches.
Ein gattungsgemäßes Fassadenverkleidungselement ist in der schweizerischen Patentschrift 618 230 beschrieben. Das dort beschriebene Bauelement, insbesondere die dort angegebenen Mischungsbestandteile für die verwendete Gießmasse mit niederprozentigen Anteilen an Glaskugeln, Glasperlen oder Blähglas und Epoxidharz besitzt eine wärme- und schallisolierende Grundplatte, die die we­ sentlichen Tragfunktionen übernimmt. Nachteilig an einer derartigen Ausbildung ist die Doppelfunktion der Grund­ platte als Trag- und Wärmeisolationsplatte, die bei wirtschaftlich sinnvollen Materialien bewirkt, daß ent­ weder die Wärmeisolation nicht optimal gewählt wird, weil eine entsprechende Tragfunktion im Vordergrund steht, oder die Tragfunktion nicht optimal ist, weil die Wärmeisolation im Vordergrund steht. Dieser Zielkonflikt führt zu zu dicken Verkleidungen, die nur unschön vor Häusern befestigt werden können.
Weiter ist das Gebrauchsmuster G 82 03 073 zu nennen, bei dem ebenfalls eine Schicht aus einer gegossenen Mas­ se offenbart ist. Diese gegossene Masse besteht jedoch aus Polyurethanschaumbeton, welchem Glasgranulat als Leichtzuschlagstoff beigemischt sein kann.
In der Gebrauchsmusterschrift 1 869 140 wird zudem eine Bauplatte, insbesondere für Fußbodenbelag beschrieben, die eine druckverteilende Zwischenschicht aufweist. Die­ se Schicht besteht entweder aus einem gehärteten Gemisch aus hydraulischen Bindemitteln und Füllstoffen oder aus geschäumten Styropolymerisaten.
Die bekannten Trägerplatten weisen jedoch nicht die für eine Fassadenverkleidung in bezug auf Tragfähigkeit, Wärmedämmung und Witterungsbeständigkeit optimale Be­ ständigkeit auf.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Fas­ sadenverkleidungselement zu schaffen, das bei Gewährung größter Stabilität und Witterungsbeständigkeit eine gute Haftung der Klinkerriemchen und der Isolationsplatte er­ möglicht und insbesondere eine gute Stabilität auch bei großen Wärmeausdehnungen schafft.
Erfindungsgemäß wird dies durch ein mehrschichtiges Fas­ sadenverkleidungselement mit den Merkmalen des Anspru­ ches 1 gelöst. Die Unteransprüche geben vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung wieder.
Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand einer Zeichnung erläutert, deren einzige Figur das hier vorgeschlagene Fassadenverkleidungselement in einer Seitenansicht zeigt.
Das Fassadenverkleidungselement besteht aus einer Trä­ gerplatte 10, auf deren einer Fläche eine Wärmedämm­ platte 12 und auf deren anderer Fläche Klinkerriemchen 14 aufgeklebt sind. Bei dieser Wärmedämmplatte kann es sich um eine Hartschaumplatte (beispielsweise aus Poly­ styrol) oder aber eine Mineralfaserplatte handeln. Als Klinkerriemchen 14 kommen insbesondere solche aus Kera­ mik in Betracht.
Die Zeichnung verdeutlicht, daß die Wärmedämmplatte 12 gegenüber der Trägerplatte 10 nach unten, die Klinker­ riemchen 14 dagegen gegenüber der Trägerplatte 10 nach oben versetzt angeordnet sind, so daß bei Montage des Fassadenverkleidungselements der Stoß der einzelnen Ele­ mente gegeneinander versetzt ist.
Die Montage des Fassadenverkleidungselements erfolgt in üblicher Weise durch Andübeln an die Wand des zu verklei­ denden Gebäudes.
Die - an sich bekannte - Trägerplatte besteht aus durch Epoxidharz gebundenem Glasgranulat. Sie wird herge­ stellt, indem Altglas zermahlen und mit einem geringen Prozentsatz von Epoxidharz vermischt und sodann unter hohem Druck gepreßt wird. Die so hergestellte Träger­ platte ist witterungsbeständig und stabil. Vorteilhaft ist weiter, daß der hohe Glasanteil weiter zur Wärmeiso­ lation beiträgt. Besonders vorteilhaft ist der sehr ge­ ringe Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizient derartiger Platten.

Claims (3)

1. Mehrschichtiges Fassadenverkleidungselement mit einer Epoxidharz enthaltenden, tragenden mittleren Schicht mit einer an der Außenseite der mittleren Schicht angebrachten Lage von Klinkerriemchen und mit einer an der Innenseite der mittleren Schicht ange­ brachten Wärmedämmschicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die tragende mittlere Schicht eine ausschließlich mit einem geringen Anteil an Epoxidharz vermischte und aus gepreßtem Glasgranulat hergestellte Trägerplatte (10) ist und die Klinkerriemchen (14) und die Wärmedämmschicht in Form einer Wärmedämmplatte (12) jeweils auf die Trägerplatte (10) geklebt sind.
2. Mehrschichtiges Fassadenverkleidungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klinker­ riemchen (14) und die Wärmedämmplatte (12) einen Ver­ satz gegenüber der Trägerplatte (10) aufweisen.
3. Mehrschichtiges Fassadenverkleidungselement nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeich­ net, daß die Wärmedämmplatte (12) aus Hartschaum oder Mineralfaser besteht.
