Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a heating device of an omnibus according to the generic terms of the same name Claims 1, 5 and 11. Each of these three claims relates an independent idea of the invention, but in the in which he further preambles of claims 5 and 11 in particular highlighted combinations have special meaning.
With a heater according to DB-C2-33 45 855 the applicant is that formed by static radiators Heating device completely in the interior of the bus in arranged on the side wall. Any thermally conductive extension of the heating device either after above or in the floor area of the interior of the bus has not been provided so far. All three elements of the invention according to claims 1, 5 and 11 is the common target set tion, a heating device of the type mentioned is still us more usable than before. In particular the possibility should also be created, the Behag to improve the ability of passengers in the bus.
So far you have increased the comfort of Om provided bus passengers with very expensive means, näm Lich with the design of the side wall of the bus below the window front on the one hand and the floor of the interior of the On the other hand, omnibuses each have their own complete Surface heating device. The invention is therefore also all general objective, comparable effects with con structurally far simpler and cheaper measures to be able to do.
Specifically, claim 1 is based on the task Objective through better use of the construction in the bus to achieve conditionally available space. By extending the You can use the heating device further outwards than before the comfort of the passengers alternatively or in combination due to the greater depth of the heating device and thus better Increase heating output and / or better use of space. An on bedding of the heating device according to one possibility in the Characteristic of claim 1 relates to known Kon structure of a side wall of an omnibus, in which these are either multi-walled with spacing or single or multi-walled is formed with a relatively large material thickness. The other Possibility affects those side walls where vertical Struts individually into the interior of the bus Such vertical struts are generally between the individual windows of the side wall mostly in pre given constant division. With massive sidewalls the or those with inner lining can verti kale struts can be formed within the wall; in sol Chen cases comes the combination of the two characteristics of the characteristic character of claim 1 in question.
Claims 5 and 11 are linked to those already in the Zu connection with claim 1 addressed possibility, the Be comfort through measures related to the heating effect heights. Claim 5 relates to the increase in comfort in the side wall area above the heater up to Fen height, while claim 11 the increase in comfort the interior floor areas adjoining the side wall concerns the area of the bus. Claim 5 makes in com combination with claim 1 from that already featured in claim 1 coined possibility use, an internal heating of the upper half of the heater side wall of the bus through direct extension of vertical convection channels win within the heater. Claim 5 can however, in a somewhat more complicated way, by redirecting Flow branching with conventional heating arrangement win direction. Claim 11 finally carries over the idea of the concept already implemented in claim 5, which immediately direct heating effect of the heating device also via subsequent To expand areas in a comparable way of thinking also to the to the heating device in the floor space of the interior of the bus this subsequent area.
Es zeigtThe other subclaims relate to ver constant training ideas of the mentioned concept, their Meaning also from the description of Ausfüh Rungsbeispiele results, the following based on schematic Drawings will be explained in more detail. All of the exemplary embodiments relate to an omnibus with a side wall 2 which has an outer wall 4 , a thermal insulation layer 6 adjoining it on the inside and an inner lining 8 which laterally delimits the interior of the bus. Between the windows 10 of the window front in the side wall 2 , a profile carrier extends, here a square or rectangular box profile, each as an inner vertical strut 12 of the side wall 2 of the bus. The struts 12 are arranged along the side wall with constant pitch accordingly the pitch of the window front and typically have a thickness in the longitudinal direction of the side wall of about 40 mm. The struts take up the entire space between the outer wall 4 and the inner lining 8 and serve as a spacer. Between the Ver struts 12 is between the heat insulation layer 6 , which rests seamlessly on the outer wall 4 , and the inner lining 8 each have an intermediate space which is made usable as a rear ventilation space 14 of the side wall 2 . In simple versions, the inner lining 8 can also be omitted, so that the vertical struts 12 each protrude individually into the interior of the bus. In addition to the above-mentioned multi-layered structure, one can also use other types of construction of the side wall, in the borderline case of material that is both load-bearing and heat-insulating, possibly even without vertical struts. In the most common buses without vertical struts that protrude inwards, the side wall thickness is in the range between approximately 40 and 50 mm. A possible embedding depth of inner elements of the bus is limited by the fact that at least one unbroken outer skin of the bus and a still effective residual heat insulation layer should remain.
The floor of the interior of the bus is formed by a base plate 16 , on which in turn a thermal insulation layer 18 rests. Alternative floor constructions are also possible. It is also common to cover the floor with a carpet. The arrangement of the thermal barrier coating 18 is particularly useful in connection with the arrangement according to the invention of a heating effect extending into the floor area of the interior of the bus.
A static heating device 20 extends along the side wall 2 of the bus at the foot region thereof. This is expediently designed in the manner of DE-C2-33 45 855 without restricting generality. It has two heating tubes 22 connected in parallel or in series and one above the other at a distance. These have a ribbing 24 in the form of ribbing elements 26 , which are in each case common to both heating pipes and are lined up on these in close mutual contact. The heating pipes are pressed by widening ge gene issued collar on the ribbing elements ver, each of which has an approximately C-shaped cross section. A vertical convection shaft is formed between the concave interior of one Verrip pungselementes and the back of the subsequent further Ver ribbing element, in the interior air of the passenger compartment of the bus alone can rise under thermal convection (definition of a static heating device without forced convection means, such as fans) . This convection shaft is only one example of a convection path 28 for natural convection. Only, for example, could the ribbing elements also be an individual circular disk, each of which divides open convection paths between them completely or at least below and above.
The heating device 20 has vertically extending recesses 30 , which are dimensioned so that they can include the respective vertical strut 12 from the interior of the omnibus. Depending on the length of the strut 12 , one will use an intermediate ribbing element 32 or several thereof in this area. Most of the time, the intermediate ribbing element 32 in question could have the same rib spacing as the normal ribbing elements 26 . Exceptionally, however, one could also have intermediate ribbing elements 32 with a different rib spacing as compensation elements for even more precise adaptation. The gripping of the vertical struts 12 takes place exclusively by means of the normal ribbing elements 26 , which accordingly have a greater construction depth. They protrude with the supernatant over the intermediate ribs 32 into the side wall of the bus up to the vicinity of the thermal insulation layer 6 . The extent of an embedding in the intermediate wall is designated T in FIG. 2. The total wall thickness of the side wall is Dw, the depth of the intermediate rib elements 32 , which do not quite reach the vertical struts 12 , is BT2. The Rippenab stood the ribbing elements 26 and in the exemplary embodiment also the intermediate ribbing elements 32 is denoted by LA, the depth of the normal ribbing elements 26 by BT1.
The protruding into the side wall of the bus outer portion 34 of the heater 20 is the Teilbe rich, which is indicated by the dimension T in Fig. 2.
Where an intermediate ribbing element 32 and a normal ribbing element 26 connect to one another, spacers 36 are issued from the respective normal ribbing element 26 in addition to spacers 38 which are otherwise customary. Alternatively, the exhibition could also be exhibited as an additional spacer 36 from the intermediate rib element 32 .
By embedding the static heating device 20 in the side wall 2 , depending on the need, additional construction depth for the heating device and thus greater efficiency of the same and / or with a corresponding reduction in the extent to which the heating device projects into the interior of the bus, additional spatial convenience win for the passengers of the bus.
Die Heizeinrichtung 12 erstreckt sich vertikal längs des Fußbereiches 42 der Seitenwand 2 unterhalb der jeweiligen Sitzbefestigung 44.The heating device 20 has on the side facing the interior of the bus a bevel 40 which is adapted to the interior of the bus interior. The heating device 12 extends vertically along the foot region 42 of the side wall 2 below the respective seat attachment 44 .
The entrance 46 of the interior air of the bus into the series of convection paths extending along the side wall 2 in the heating device 20 is formed on a lower slope on the ribs 24 which recedes from above and inwards downwards and outwards; alternatively, the ribbing could also be removed in another way for the air to enter.
The individual convection paths 28 each branch on the one hand in an outlet 48 , which communicates directly with the interior of the bus, and on the other hand in an outlet 50 , which is arranged directly below the rear ventilation space 14 and communicates with this vertically without significant cross-sectional constriction.
The rear ventilation space 14 in turn has an outlet 52 through which the air that rises in the rear ventilation space is returned to the interior of the bus.
According to Fig. 4 while the output of the inner lining 52 can be arranged below the 8 being formed as a hollow profile window sill 54 directly inner half. Preferably, however, the rear ventilation air is guided past the parapet 54 on the inside according to FIG. 4a. The output 52 from the rear ventilation space 14 is then arranged in the region of the lower window edge so that the ventilation air emerging according to the arrows 56 is introduced into the circulation vortex 58 of the window 10 downward flowing cold air. To this end, is arranged in abutment against the lower edge of the window pane 10 and the window sill 54, a sealing profile 60 made of elastome rem material so that it guides the circulating fluidized above it and on the inside of the window pane herabrin designating moisture inside and allowed to proceed below. At the same time, the sealing profile 60 conceals the outlet 52 from the rear ventilation space 14, which is set back to the outside. Here for the inner wall cladding 8 is continued upwards by an extruded profile 62 made of metal or plastic, which directs the ventilation air past the window sill 54 and then to the recessed outlet 52 into the interior of the bus to the outside at the top of the window sill and below one redirected to the outside of the upper part 64 of the extruded profile 62 . The diversion path is additionally limited by an angled retaining bar 66 for the sealing element 60 , one leg of which is fastened to the window sill 54 . With this arrangement according to FIG. 4a it is sufficient that the otherwise irritating feeling of coolness at the lower edge of the window pane, which is often irritating to passengers, is avoided. Likewise, condensation is avoided in this area.
Also in the zone between the window parapet 54 and the upper edge of the heating device 20 , a cozy heat radiation is achieved on the inner lining 8 of the rear ventilation space 14 . For this purpose, the metallic top cover 68 of the heating device 20 , which in turn consists of a good heat-conducting metallic material, is continued as a partition between the ventilation space 14 and the interior of the bus over a certain vertical distance upwards, namely via the fastening 44 of the seats. The upper cover, on the other hand, forms perforations with the direct exit 48 of the circulating air rising in the heating device 20 into the interior of the bus. Since the upper cover 68, together with its continuation upwards, is expediently designed as an extruded part, its overall dimension is limited. The continuation 70 of the obe ren cover 68 is therefore continued by a thermally connected senes further heat-conducting plate 72 , which is gripped at the top and bottom by the connecting parts. In the case of the arrangement according to FIG. 4a, there is a direct connection to the extruded profile 62 .
The ribbing 24 is continued upwards into the rear ventilation space 14 with an extension piece 74 , which however ends below the extension 70 of the cover 68 .
In the floor area of the interior of the bus, adjacent to the side wall 2, the thermal insulation layer 18 is flat with a floor panel 76 made of again highly heat-conducting metal in the interior. In the vicinity of the side wall 2 below the heating device, the base plate 76 is curved and forms a receiving trough 78 extending along the side wall 2 for an additional heating tube 80 of the heating device 20 . The receiving trough 78 encloses the additional heating tube 80 by more than 180 ° from below. The additional heating tube 80 is in turn with a portion 82 of its order over the lower limit 84 of the ribs 24 down to un th, so that the heater 20 on the additional heating tube 80 on the base plate 76 base set up who can. The assembly is shown in Fig. 5a by the Heizein direction together with additional heating tube 80 into the receiving trough 78 can be pressed, wherein the originally present solid form of the bung, the receptacle cavity 78 forming Aufwöl of the floor panel is deformed in the dotted form 76 and to a Snap fit snaps into place.
On the circumferential area of the additional heating tube 80 located within the ribbing 24 , the ribbing 24 is only supported vertically under loose contact. So that the heating tube can fall out of the heating device 20 before assembly, the additional heating tube 80 is held by local lower extensions 86 of the ribs 24 from below on the heating device 20 . In these holding areas, the connection of the additional heating tube with the bottom plate 76 is recessed on the recess 78 on .
For outside of the additional heating tube 80 inside half of the heating device 20 dust falling from angles 88 of the ribs 24 of the heating device 20, a sliding surface 90 is formed, which is guided as a slope over the apex of the additional heating tube 80 into the inner floor area of the interior of the bus is. As a result, dust that has fallen down can be picked up below the heating device 20 by means of a vacuum cleaner.
