Description
Bei den bekannten Klöppelspitzen dieser Art kreuzen sich die hin und her geführten FädenThe invention relates to machine-made bobbin lace of the type with the help of parts of the basic braid for the purpose of any patterning and guided back and forth between longitudinal threads in the transverse direction intersecting threads are filled. With the known bobbin lace of this kind the threads that are led back and forth cross each other
Diese Mängel sind bei der den Erfindungs-ίο each time exactly in the middle between two longitudinal threads, so that, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the point, a crossed pair of threads always follows the other between every two longitudinal threads. The pattern appears stiff and monotonous, especially if the pattern to be formed requires the filling of larger contiguous areas. In addition, in order to achieve covering patterns, a very frequent back and forth of the transverse threads on a given base area and thus, on the one hand, a large amount of thread effort and, on the other hand, a long repeat is required.
These deficiencies are in the invention
Andererseits lassen sich deckende Muster mit verhältnismäßig geringem Fadenaufwand und verhältnismäßig kurzem Rapport herstellen.• 25 object-forming machine-made bobbin lace, in which parts of the basic braid are also filled in in the manner explained at the beginning for the purpose of any patterning, eliminated. The essence of the invention is that the mutual crossings of the threads guided back and forth in the transverse direction are shifted laterally with respect to one another and to the threads passing through, that the transverse threads pass the spaces between the longitudinal threads in places without mutual crossing and in places with simple or even go through multiple mutual intersections. As a result of the lateral displacement of their mutual crossing points, the transverse threads have at the intersections a more oblique \ f erlauf than in the known similar Klöppelspitze, as they extend at other points approximately parallel to each other. As a result, on the one hand, a firmly integrated filling of any large areas of the tip is made possible without creating the impression of stiffness. On the contrary, the filling of the pattern areas has a very pleasing appearance even if the respective pattern requires large areas to be filled. On the other hand, opaque patterns can be produced with relatively little thread effort and a relatively short repeat.

Die Ausfüllung der FelderIn the bobbin lace shown in Fig. 1, A is a pattern formed by filling in fields of the lace base, which in the example has approximately the shape of an octagonal ring. Filling in the fields
Die Entfernung der hin und her laufenden Fäden bleibt aj daher immer fast genau gleich, so daß das Geflecht eine gewisse Steifheit im Aussehen erhält; außerdem bilden sich namentlich zwischen den Kreuzungsstellen 3; verhältnismäßig große, leere Stellen, die unvorteilhaft wirken.has happened so far, as shown in Fig. 3, in such a way that a group of braiding threads ar, α 2 , α 3 , α 4 , which expediently have a somewhat stronger thread tension, runs straight through in the longitudinal direction at the tip, while a second Group of less tightly tensioned braiding threads & 1 , b 2 , b s , & 4 is routed regularly in a zigzag shape between the longitudinal braiding threads α 1 to α 4 back and forth and around them. As a result, of the mutual crossings of the back and forth wandering braiding threads b 1 to b * ■ , the crossings χ always lie in a straight line in the middle between the two threads a 1 , ar, and the crossings y in the middle between the longitudinal threads α 2 , α 3 and the intersections α in the middle between the threads α 3 , α 4 . The distance of the threads running back and forth therefore always remains almost exactly the same, so that the mesh acquires a certain stiffness in appearance; in addition, between the crossing points 3; relatively large, empty spaces that look disadvantageous.
In Fig. 2, the thread binding according to the present invention is shown, the same size ratios and thread spacings as well as the same thread count are selected as in Fig. 1. There are also four continuous threads a 1 to α 4 and four zigzag running back and forth Threads b 1 to & 4 used. The difference compared to the thread course shown in Fig. 3 is that of the crossings of the transverse threads b 1 to & 4 located in the normal thread course between the two longitudinal threads a 1 and ar at certain intervals, namely every third crossing in Example 4.0, namely x 1 , x " and .r 3 , is laid out of the space between the threads ar and a ~ on the outside of the longitudinal thread α 2 (ie downwards in the drawing). In the same way, every third is between the longitudinal threads ar and a s ', namely y 1 , y 2 , etc., out of the space between the longitudinal threads a 2 , a 3 into the space existing between the threads α 3 and α 4. Finally, in the same way the crossings z 1 , s 2 are moved to the outside of the longitudinal thread a 4 (that is, j on the drawing also downwards) en threads b 1 , b 2 , b s , 6 * changed so that the latter are now almost parallel j to each other, but now more than usual j are inclined to each other. In this way, not only an effective animation of the pattern is achieved, but at the same time the large holes between the crossing points χ (Fig. 3), which were inevitable in the previous basic filling, are avoided.
Instead of the lateral displacement of the mutual crossings of the transverse threads, as explained above with reference to the upper right field of Fig. 2, always only on one side, namely downwards, it can, like the lower right field of the Fig. 2 shows that this can also be done on the other side (upwards). Likewise, the Shift also alternately soon to one side and soon to the other take place. Finally, it should be mentioned that not every third one in the longitudinal direction the point needs to be shifted between two longitudinal threads successive crossings, but that if necessary other distances can also be selected, even if the shifting of every third crossing point, as in the example shows that gives the tip a particularly attractive appearance.
