Am Schaftrand aufgehängter Reibstreifen zur Vermeidung des Durchscheuerns
von Schuhwerk durch Gamaschen. Nahtschoner für Schuhwerk gegen das Durchscheuern
durch Gamaschen sind schon bekannt geworden, und zwar bestehen diese aus einem Reibstreifen,
auf welchen sich die Ledergamasche auflegt, welcher Streifen auf der einen Seite
mit einer Schlaufe am Schuh. absatz befestigt ist und auf der anderen Seite am Stiefelrand
eingehängt ist. Bei diesen bekannten Stiefelschonern kommt es sehr bald zu einem
Wandern des Aufhängehakens, da, dieser unter dem Druck' der gegen ihn andrückend-en
Ledergamasche ständig v-etrsucht,
nach der Seite abzuweichen. Die
Anbringung der Schlaufe am Absatz hat auf das Wandern des Aufhängehakens keinen
Einfluß, so daß die Schlaufe nicht imstande ist, den Aufhängehaken ständig in einer
solchen Lage festzuhalten, daß der Reibstreifen die hintere Stiefelnaht ständig
überdeckt. Um diesen Übelstand zu beseitigen, ist gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung
in dem Unterteil des Reibstreifens eine gebogene Blattfeder eingesetzt, welche-sich
gegen den hinteren Stiefelrand anlegt und dadurch das Wandern des Aufhängehakens
mit völliger Sicherheit verhindert, weil der Reibstreifen durch den Einbau der Feder
seine Bewegungsfreiheit einbüßt. Es wird durch die Anwendung der Feder außerdem
erreicht, daß der Reibstreifen nur so lang zu sein braucht, daß er das kurze Stück
des Stiefelschaftes bedeckt, bis zu welchem die Ledergamasche herabreicht, und daß
eine Befestigung des Reibstreifens am Absatz, wodurch leicht ein Sturz des Trägers
durch Hängenbleiben an der Befestigungsschlaufe erfolgen kann, unnötig ist: In der
Zeichnung ist der verbesserte Nahtschoner in einem Ausführungsbeispiel veranschaulicht,
