Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for a Electric drive motor, especially for a fuel Feed pump of a motor vehicle internal combustion engine, by which corresponds to the speed of the electric drive motor the respective variable power requirement, in particular that of the fuel requirement of motor vehicle internal combustion machine adapted delivery rate of fuel delivery pump is controlled.
The increased demands with regard to one never their noise level in the motor vehicle require it to lower. The Elek is a constant source of noise tro-drive motors and here in particular the Elektroan the drive motor of the fuel delivery pump measures by mechanical insulation means not always effective. Beyond that these mechanical noise protection measures constructively agile and expensive.
For example, the noise level of the power material feed pump and its electric drive motor to lower the noise emitted is from DE-OS 31 19 899 a circuit arrangement for an electrical force known feed pump for internal combustion engines, at to reduce the noise level of the pump noise the excitement, d. H. the supply voltage of the Fuel feed pump to the respective fuel requirement the internal combustion engine is adapted. With this measure the average noise level of the Fuel feed pump or from its drive motor given noise can be reduced. However, one has firmly asked that a speed reduction is not always imperative with a reduction in the noise level of the fuel delivery pump and its electrical system drive motor output noise is connected. This is due to the fact that the noise emission at Many fuel feed pumps are linear on average falling speed decreases at certain speeds or speed ranges, however, excessive noise levels are present. There is a reduced speed for example, in a random area of a noise Level increase, so is by lowering the speed no corresponding reduction of the noise level son often even achieve the opposite.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a circuit arrangement for an electric drive motor Specify the type by which by reducing the speed of the Electric drive motor also safely reduce the Noise level from the electric motor as well as from there driven device reached noise becomes.
This object is achieved in that the speed of the electric drive motor, especially the Fuel feed pump, taking into account the respective current power requirements, in particular those of the respective adapted delivery capacity of the force material feed pump depending on the noise level of the from the electric drive motor and / or from its drive ner device, in particular the fuel feed pump, emitted noise in terms of minimal noise tax is controlled.
The invention is based on the knowledge that the Ge Noise level from the electric drive motor and / or from its driven device emitted noise decreases linearly on average with falling speed, but Excessive noise levels and noise levels has different speeds. Basic idea of Er is now, speed ranges of the electric drive motor tors, in which noise level increases occur, possible to avoid as far as possible. This is the case with the invention Circuit arrangement achieved in that when at a Control of the speed of the electric drive motor correspond according to the respective variable power requirement of the driven device he a noise level increase would be enough, the speed of the electric drive motor tors is raised again until the next Ge noise level is reached.
When applied to an electric drive motor for one Fuel feed pump this means that at one Fuel requirement of the internal combustion engine, to the extent of which tion of the fuel delivery pump and thus its Electric drive motor a speed in a noise would take the speed of the Electric drive motor of the fuel feed pump so ge is controlled that when the speed is raised the next Noise level is reached.
When using the circuit arrangement according to the invention for example on an electric drive motor for a Motor vehicle heater fan with multiple fan rotations paying this would mean that the individual blowers speeds are set so that they are each in Ge lowering the noise level of the heating fan and / or whose electric drive motor was emitted noise gene.
According to a development of the invention, the Ge Noise level from the electric drive motor and / or from its driven device emitted noise measured by means of a sound sensor.
Alternatively, according to another training the invention, the speed or the supply voltage of the electric drive motor measured. In this version the invention is the noise level of the Elektroan drive motor and / or by its driven device emitted noise a noise level speed characteristic field or a noise level supply voltage characteristic field removed.
The invention based on an embodiment example explained in more detail.

In Fig. 1 is arranged in a fuel tank 1 of a motor vehicle fuel pump 2 of a motor vehicle internal combustion engine. The fuel delivery pump 2 promotes the ent contained in the fuel tank 1 fuel via the line 3 to the internal combustion engine of the motor vehicle, not shown in the figure. The speed of the electric drive motor of the fuel feed pump 2 is controlled by a power amplifier 4 by an electronic control circuit 5 . The electronic control circuit 5 receives at its input 6 those data of the internal combustion engine of the motor vehicle, not shown in the figure, from which the respective fuel requirements of the motor vehicle internal combustion engine can be determined. Th basis of this Eingangsda is in the electronic control circuit 5, the combustion engine for the respective fuel demand of the automotive internal required delivery rate of the fuel feed pump and therefore the minimum required speed of the electric drive motor of the fuel pump 2 determined. The electronic control circuit 5 it also holds at its second input 7 the electrical signal of a arranged in or on the fuel tank 1 sound sensor 8 , which measures the noise level of the drive motor from the Elektroan and / or its driven fuel delivery pump 2 .
As an alternative to measuring the noise level, this can also be obtained from a noise level / speed characteristic map characteristic of the present arrangement, even if the speed of the electric drive motor is known. A corresponding noise level / speed diagram is shown in FIG. 2.
In the following, the function of the circuit arrangement according to the invention from FIG. 1 in conjunction with the noise level-speed diagram shown in FIG. 2 is explained.
Since in the fuel delivery pump 2 shown in FIG. 1, the delivery rate is proportional to the speed n of its electric drive motor, the delivery rate of the fuel delivery pump 2 can be adapted in a simple manner to the fuel consumption of the motor vehicle internal combustion engine by varying the speed n of the electric drive motor will. Such an adaptation of the speed n of the electric drive motor to the respective fuel requirement of the motor vehicle internal combustion engine can, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, lead to an increase in the noise level P despite a speed reduction from the speed n 1 to the speed n 2 , although how the dash-dot-dash line 9 of FIG. 2 shows that the noise level P also decreases on average with decreasing speed n. This is due to excessive noise levels that occur due to resonance phenomena. If, as in the present case, a speed reduction from the speed n 1 to the speed n 2 would lead to an increase in the noise level P, the next higher speed n 3 is driven by the electronic control device 5 according to the invention, which noise level sink in the adjacent Ge 10 is located. This ensures that with decreasing delivery capacity of the fuel delivery pump 2 and thus decreasing speed n of this driving electric motor, an increase in the noise level p is excluded. In this way, the overall noise level in the motor vehicle can be minimized, which contributes to an increase in comfort.
