Abstract
Description
B. Mineralöle) die Lebens bedingungen der den Abbau bewerkstelligenden Mikroflora darstellen - hier insbesondere die Faktoren Nährstoffe, Temperatur, Feuchte, C/N-Verhältnis, reaktive Oberfläche und besonders die Versorgung mit Sauerstoff (u. a.: BIDLINGMAIER 1980; GOTTSCHALL 1984; WIEMER 1989).It is known that the limiting factor in the composting of organic substances (Kitchen and green waste, but also organic pollutants, such as mineral oils) represent the conditions of the degradation-causing microflora - here in particular the Factors nutrients, temperature, humidity, C / N ratio, reactive surface and especially the supply of oxygen (including: BIDLINGMAIER 1980; GOTTSCHALL 1984; WIEMER 1989).
Darüber hinaus betreiben einige der neuen Verfahren einen immensen maschinellen Aufwand und können nicht ohne Aufsicht arbeiten (Übersicht siehe Anlage zur Beschreibung).Conventional rental procedures only offer that at certain intervals (at the implementation date) Possibility to influence the parameters mentioned and to keep them at an optimal level, Reactor processes (previously only used on a large industrial scale anyway) have only a limited one Volume and can lead to clumping of the material if the rotation time is too long. In addition, some of the new processes involve an immense amount of mechanical effort and cannot work without supervision (for an overview, see attachment for description).
The method mentioned in the claim avoids these problems by creating an arbitrarily large process space (item 2 in Fig. 1a), which enables a 24-hour mixing and transfer operation by the EDP control. The crane-guided transport mixing head ( Fig. 2) ensures, through the switchable spreading rollers ( 2 ) driven by the gripper motor ( 1 ), an intensive supply of oxygen and the additional breaking up of aggregations and clumps and the resulting enlargement of the surface accessible to the degrading microorganisms Passage of the goods to be deposited through the opposite spreading rollers.
The transport mixing head variant with a rotating gripper drum ( 1 in Fig. 3) - driven by a hydraulic pump on the crane bridge ( Fig. 1b) - is in principle a short-term bioreactor that mixes the material again during transport from the pick-up point to the settling point . The double-shell drum can pick up the goods like a gripper; it hangs on ropes and is guided by a punch ( 3 ) for precise placement. The risk of clumping is negligible due to the short reaction time.
Both transport mixing heads are intended for homogeneous metering of nutrients and water as well as other additives via nozzles ( 4 ) from a tank ( 5 in Fig. 3), according to the intake quantity determined by the built-in crane scale (and according to the accompanying analysis). The optimization of the microbial living conditions is thus achieved batch by batch with every conversion process - i.e. at significantly shorter intervals than with previously known processes.
In addition, the rented area itself is designed as a ventilation plate (detail, Fig. 2b), which, through the possibility of forced ventilation by means of a fan, enables further oxygen entry and thus the influence on the temperature and humidity dynamics.
The system described is fully encapsulated and the process room only needs to Maintenance, repair and cleaning purposes are entered, which causes problems with the ge health hazard for employees - particularly problematic when composting Substances such as polluted soils - are eliminated. By preventing emis ion (leachate collection via the ventilation plates, biological exhaust air filter) is one Pollution of the environment with harmful or only disturbing gases or liquids not to fear.
The system is characterized by ease of maintenance, since the ventilation plates are rare have to be driven on (cleaning will only be necessary at long intervals) and all machine parts to be used are already on the market and theirs Proven suitability.
The novel combination in the manner described above leads to a considerably accelerated Rotting process with the resulting rapid conversion of the starting material into one Soil improvers (for kitchen waste and other organic materials), respectively a decontaminated, reusable and revitalized floor. By the expected high throughput rates with correspondingly low treatment costs per ton delivered Count material.
