Abstract

In composting system a crane-mounted transport and mixing head performs the loading, turning and mixing of the material to be treated, and (1) consists of an electro-hydraulic grab with two spreading rollers (2) which are driven by the grab motor (1) and can be switched on and off as required, or (2) a rotating grab drum; (3) provides a greatly increased oxygen uptake by continuously turning the material; (4) incorporates a means (4) for dosing the material with substances which promote the composting process, such as nutrients, enzymes or hydrogen peroxide. Claims (1)

Gekapselte, EDV-gesteuerte Kompostierungsanlage zur Behandlung sowohl organischer Abfälle aus Haushalten, Nahrungs- und Genußmittelindustrie und Landwirtschaft, als auch organisch kontaminierter Böden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
  • 1. ein kranbahngeführter Transport-Mischkopf sowohl das Auf- und Umsetzen, als auch das Mischen der zu behandelnden Materialien durchführt, der
  • 1.1. als Elektrohydraulikgreifer mit zwei nach Bedarf zuschaltbaren, vom Greifermotor getriebenen Streuwalzen oder
  • 1.2. als rotierende Greifertrommel gestaltet ist;
  • 1.3. durch kontinuierliches Umsetzen des Materials für einen erheblich gesteigerten Sauerstoff­ eintrag sorgt;
  • 1.4. Möglichkeiten zur Zudosierung abbaufördernder Substanzen (Nährstoffe, Enzyme, H₂O₂) bietet.
Encapsulated, computer-controlled composting plant for the treatment of both organic waste from households, the food and beverage industry and agriculture, as well as organically contaminated soils, characterized in that
  • 1. a crane-run transport mixing head performs both the putting on and moving as well as the mixing of the materials to be treated, the
  • 1.1. as an electrohydraulic gripper with two switchable spreading rollers driven by the gripper motor or
  • 1.2. is designed as a rotating gripper drum;
  • 1.3. by continuously reacting the material for a significantly increased oxygen input;
  • 1.4. Opportunities for metering degrading substances (nutrients, enzymes, H₂O₂) offers.
