Gegendrehmoment nahezu konstant bleibt.Over-consumption meter with mechanical, periodically effective counter torque.
There are already over-consumption meters with mechanical, periodically effective counter-torque
known, where between the springs generating the counter torque and the counter axis
Transfers from such training are arranged so that the gradual increase
the resilience of the springs by a corresponding decrease in the effective lever arms each time
be balanced so that the counter torque is approximately constant. With these
known devices are the parts used for transmission either as
concentrically or eccentrically mounted gears. Through the invention
a simplified and improved arrangement is to be created in that
to transfer the rotation of the counter armature two appropriately offset arranged,
Gear segments designed as angle levers and under spring tension are used
with a partially toothed one centrally mounted on the counter axis
Wheel alternately work together in such a way that when the counter axis rotates, the generated
Counter torque remains almost constant.
Winkelhebel ausgebildeten Zahnradsegmente e, e' eingreift.
Hebelarm entsprechend verkleinert. Nach einer halben Umdrehung der Zählerachse
a
e' in Bewegung.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown, namely Fig. I shows a partially sectioned side view, Fig. - a plan view of the new meter. The armature axis a carries a centrally mounted, partially toothed wheel b, which alternately engages in the gearwheel segments e, e 'which are rotatable about the points'p' and are designed as angled levers. These gear segments are under the influence of the springs f, f ', which are attached at one end to the lever arm h, h' of the gear segments e, e 'and at the other end to a rotatably arranged roller y which can be locked in any position. By turning the roller in one direction or the other, the spring force and thus the size of the counter torque can be continuously increased or decreased depending on the general limit to be observed and read on the scale connected to the roller r. In the drawing, the rest position of the counter is shown, in which the lever arms la, h 'of the angle levers e, e' rest against the stop pins s, s'. If the counter axis now begins to rotate in the direction of the arrow drawn, the angle lever e is initially taken along by the teeth of the wheel r and the spring f is thereby tensioned. The result is a torque corresponding to the general limit, which despite the changing spring tension remains almost constant during the entire tensioning period, because four effective lever arms are correspondingly reduced during the rotation of segment e. After half a revolution of the counter axis a, the partially toothed gear wheel b meshes out of engagement with the gear wheel segment e, so that it returns to its initial position as a result of the retracting force of the spring f. With further rotation of the counter armature, the other gear segment e 'starts moving. As soon as the counter axis has made a full revolution from the starting position, the gear segment e 'is free and pulled back into its normal position by the spring f'. The alternating tensioning of the two springs f and f ' and the simultaneous change in the effective lever arm produces a constant, even torque.
Hierdurch fällt die Rolle r fort, was
eine weitere Vereinfachung bedeutet. The device can also be made so that, instead of the two springs f and f ', only a single spring is used, which is attached to the two ends of the levers h and h' . This eliminates the role r, which means a further simplification.
If you want to change the counter torque in larger steps, you can
this in a simple way by choosing between different gear ratios
the counter axis and the tensioning mechanism. It is only essential that the
Distance of the meter axis from the points p, p 'is kept constant.
