Claims (11)

1. Vorrichtung zum Einführen von Salbe o. ä. in eine Körper­ öffnung, die von einem Schließmuskel (Sphincter) kontrol­ liert wird, mit einem Injektionsteil, das auf eine Salben­ vorratstube aufschraubbar und mit einer Portion Salbe be­ füllbar ist und diese manuell betätigt über eine in die Körperöffnung einführbare Hohlspitze ausgibt, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß das Injektionsteil eine Kolben-Zylinder- Einheit ist, deren Kolben (12) eine axiale Durchgangsboh­ rung (26) hat und zur Verschraubung mit der Salbenvorrats­ tube ausgebildet ist, und deren Zylinder (10) zur wahlwei­ sen Bestückung mit einer Applikationsspitze (44) kleineren Durchmessers und einer Sphincter-Dilatationsspitze (46) größeren Durchmessers ausgebildet ist, die lösbar an dem Zylinder (10) festlegbar sind und deren Wand wenigstens jeweils eine seitliche Salbenaustrittsöffnung (48) hat.1.Device for introducing ointment or the like into a body opening which is controlled by a sphincter, with an injection part which can be screwed onto an ointment reservoir and filled with a portion of ointment and operated manually outputs a hollow tip that can be inserted into the body opening, characterized in that the injection part is a piston-cylinder unit, the piston ( 12 ) of which has an axial through-hole ( 26 ) and is designed for screwing to the ointment supply tube, and the cylinder ( 10 ) is designed for optional fitting with an application tip ( 44 ) of smaller diameter and a sphincter dilatation tip ( 46 ) of larger diameter, which can be detachably attached to the cylinder ( 10 ) and the wall of which has at least one lateral ointment outlet opening ( 48 ). 2.
