Description
Verfahren zur Gewinnung eines zur Verwendung in der chemischen Industrie sowie zur Herstellung von Spezialpapieren besonders geeigneten Zellstoffes. Zur Herstellung eines besonders reinen Zellstoffes war bisher stets eine Nachbehandlung desselben unter Anwendung von Chemikalien mit oder ohne Erhöhung des Druckes oder der Temperatur notwendig. Man war daher gezwungen, die Nachbehandlung in einer besonderen Vorrichtung vorzunehmen.Process for obtaining a material for use in the chemical industry as well as cellulose which is particularly suitable for the production of special papers. Der erzielte Stoff zeichnet sich durch einen hohen Gehalt an a-Cellulose sowie durch einen ganz außerordentlich niedrigen Aschengehalt aus. Das Verfahren kann beispielsweise in folgender Weise ausgeführt werden: Der auf Bleichfähigkeit gekochte Stoff wird in den Bleichholländer eingetragen und gewaschen. Hiernach wird der Stoff mit einer Lösung von Ätz- oder kohlensaurem Alkali versetzt und einige Zeit innig gemischt. Die Einwirkung der Chemikalien kann fortlaufend analytisch beobachtet werden, so daß man es in der Hand hat, zu einem beliebigen Zeitpunkt Chlor in flüssigem oder gasförmigem Zustand in den Holländer einzuführen.The invention avoids this by having the pulp in the Hollander treated with alkali and then in the same Dutch chlorine in liquid or introduces gaseous state.
