Description
The invention relates to an OE spinning rotor with a rotor plate and with a shaft, the free end with an egg Replaceable support element assigned to a thrust bearing is provided, which has a central guide surface, a guide surface concentric to the shaft axis is arranged, the two guide surfaces with each other Form a press fit.
In practice, OE spinning rotors are used today in rotor spinning machines, the shaft of which is a one-piece component that has no support element at its end. Attaching support elements to the free end of the spinning rotor is known, but these solutions are not used in practice. For example, it is known from DE 27 16 573 A1, FIG. 3, to attach a bolt-like attachment to the end of the shaft, which protrudes into a track bearing housing.
From DE 27 03 514 A1 it was known to use a Recess provided end of a shaft a cylindrical Press in the pin, with a tolerance ring inserted becomes.
From DE-OS 19 01 453, Fig. 26, it was known to attach a proppant made of hard metal, diamond or ceramic material to the free end face of the shaft of an OE spinning rotor, which under certain circumstances should also be interchangeable. This proppant has a hemispherical shape.
The spinning rotors used today run at very high speeds, which are over 100,000 min -1 . The rotor plates of these OE spinning rotors, which used to be worn out relatively quickly, have now been improved so that they enable a relatively long service life, which is considerably longer than in the past. It has been shown that under these conditions, high rotor speed on the one hand and long service life of the rotor plate on the other hand, wear occurs at the end of the rotor shaft assigned to the track bearing. This wear leads to a shortening of the shaft and thus to a change in position of the rotor plate. Although it is possible to correct this change in position by adjusting the thrust bearing, this correction is not very suitable for practical operation. In practice, there is a requirement that the OE spinning rotors of the individual spinning positions of a machine should be interchangeable. It is therefore not practical to individually adjust the position of the OE spinning rotors. It means too much effort to reuse the rotor plate and replace the shaft, so that today the entire OE spinning rotor, ie rotor plate and shaft, are used as replacement parts, the service life of which is mainly determined by the wear on the rotor shaft. The known proposals for interchangeable support elements at the end of the rotor shaft also require too much effort that they would be economical.
The invention is based, interchangeable from the task support elements for OE spinning rotors of the type mentioned to create, the exchange of which is so easy to carry out, that it makes economic sense.
This object is achieved in that the axial length of the a press fit guide surfaces larger than that Is half of the total axial length of the support element, that with a substantially radial surface for one Puller and is provided with a stop surface that is associated with a stop of the shaft such that a Compressing air permitting cavity remains.
The invention is based on the knowledge that a Replacement of support elements only at a low cost connected and therefore economically sensible if the Exchange can be carried out in such a way that after a Exchange no impermissible imbalances occur that lead to ei additional balancing of the entire OE spinning rotor ren. This idea is realized by the fact that behaves Long guide surfaces are provided with which the support element is connected to a rotor shaft. because through the risk is low from the outset that through the Replacing the support element causes out-of-roundness, which too Cause unbalance. A connection with a press fit is ei on the other hand, easy to manufacture, while on the other hand the Mög possibility is excluded that by fasteners the risk of imbalance is increased. The essentially ra The surface for a puller allows one quick and easy disassembly of a worn out support mentes. Due to the stop surface of the support element and the associated stop of the shaft is ensured that axial loads do not lead to the support element ment changed its position relative to the shaft.
In the following description are in the drawings illustrated embodiments of the invention explained.

The storage shown in Fig. 1 and 2 for an OE-Spinnro gate ( 1 ) having a rotor plate ( 2 ) which is rotatably connected to a shaft ( 3 ) is designed as a so-called support disk bearing. The shaft ( 3 ) is mounted radially in the wedge gaps ( 4 ) of two pairs of support disks ( 5 and 6 ), which are each formed from support disks ( 7 , 8 ). The support discs ( 7 , 8 ) on one side of the shaft ( 3 ) are each arranged on common axes ( 31 ), which are supported in a roller bearing in a bearing block in a manner not shown. The end ( 9 ) of the shaft ( 3 ), which is provided with an exchangeable support element ( 20 ), is supported in the axial direction against a thrust bearing ( 10 ). The thrust bearing ( 10 ) contains a freely rotatable ball ( 11 ) which is driven to rotate due to vibrations. On the side opposite the end ( 9 ) of the shaft ( 3 ), the ball ( 11 ) is supported by means of a bolt ( 12 ) which is held adjustable in the axial direction in a housing ( 13 ).
The shaft ( 3 ) is driven by means of a tangential belt ( 14 ), which rests on the shaft ( 3 ) from above and holds it in the wedge gaps ( 4 ). The tangential belt ( 14 ) is loaded by means of a pressure roller ( 16 ) in the direction of the wedge gaps ( 4 ). The pressure roller ( 16 ) is freely rotatable on an axis ( 17 ) which runs essentially parallel to the rotor shaft ( 3 ) and is held by a pivot arm ( 18 ) which can be pivoted about an axis ( 19 ). The. Swivel arm ( 18 ) is provided in a manner not shown with a loading spring. The tangential belt ( 14 ) drives the spinning rotors ( 1 ) of all spinning positions on one machine side. Its returning strand ( 15 ) is returned above the pressure rollers ( 16 ) in the direction of arrow (B).
The axes ( 31 ) of the support discs ( 7 , 8 ) are slightly inclined to each other, so that due to the running direction (A) of the tangential belt ( 14 ) in conjunction with the inclination of the axes ( 31 ) of the support discs ( 7 , 8 ) an axial thrust (C) is exerted on the shaft ( 3 ), which loads the shaft ( 3 ) in the direction of the thrust bearing ( 10 ). Due to the very ho hen rotor speeds occurs after a prolonged service life of the support element (20) a wear through which the Ab supporting element (20) is reduced in its axial length, so that in order then also changes the position of the rotor cup (2). As soon as this change in the axial position, which is recognizable and measurable on the rotor plate, exceeds a permissible value, the support element ( 20 ) is replaced. The support element ( 20 ) is designed such that it can be detached from the rotor shaft ( 3 ) relatively easily on the one hand and can be replaced by a new support element ( 20 ). On the other hand, it is provided that the support element ( 20 ) is designed so that this exchange of the rotor shaft ( 3 ) is not changed so that an unbalance could result, so that after such an exchange of the OE spinning rotor is not new must be balanced.
As can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4, the shaft ( 3 ) has a smooth, cylindrical shape up to the region of its end ( 9 ). At its end ( 9 ) it merges via a truncated cone-shaped intermediate piece into a cylindrical pin ( 25 ) running centrally to its axis. Between the pin ( 25 ) and the frustoconical intermediate piece there is an annular collar-like radial surface ( 26 ) which serves as an axial stop for the support element ( 20 ). The support element ( 20 ), which, like the rotor shaft ( 3 ), is made of steel, has a cap-like shape with a cylindrical outer contour. The support surface ( 23 ) with which the support element ( 20 ) comes to bear on the ball ( 11 ) of the thrust bearing ( 10 ) is slightly convex. The support element ( 20 ) is also provided with an axial bore ( 24 ) which is open towards its end opposite the support surface ( 23 ). The support element ( 20 ) is pushed with this axial bore ( 24 ) onto the pin ( 25 ) until its end is supported against the radial surface ( 26 ) of the shaft ( 3 ). The outside diameter of the peg-shaped section ( 25 ) and the inside diameter of the axial bore ( 24 ) are matched to one another in such a way that an interference fit is obtained. The pin-shaped section ( 25 ) is chamfered at its end. The axial bore ( 24 ) is also chamfered at its end, so that a secure attachment is possible when the support element ( 20 ) is pushed on.
As can be seen in particular from Fig. 4, between the support element ( 20 ) and the shaft ( 3 ) is a cylindrical guide surface ( 21 ), the axial length (L) of which is approximately two thirds of the total axial length of the support element ( 20 ) is, ie the unguided, projecting part ( 22 ) of the support element ( 20 ) has an axial length (U) which is about 50% shorter than the length (L) of the guide surface ( 21 ). In this way, a very secure centering between the support element ( 20 ) and the rotor shaft ( 3 ) is achieved, so that even after an exchange of the support element ( 20 ) there is no impermissible imbalance.
As can further be seen from FIG. 4, the end of the support element ( 20 ) which is opposite the support surface ( 23 ) is provided with a strong chamfer which forms an engagement surface ( 27 ) for a removal tool. As can further be seen from FIG. 4, the chamfer serving as the engagement surface ( 27 ) is pulled so far inwards, ie to such a small diameter of the support element ( 20 ) that the radial surface ( 26 ) is partially exposed. This radial surface ( 26 ) can therefore be used as a counter surface for a removal tool during removal. However, the frustoconical section between the cylindrical section of the shank ( 3 ) and the cone-like section ( 25 ) can also be used as a counter surface.
In the embodiment of FIGS. 5 and 6, a cylindrical portion of the shaft (503) is reduced via a frustoconical portion in a peg-shaped section (525) which forms the free end (509) of the rotor shaft (503). The pin-like section ( 525 ) is provided with an axial bore ( 528 ) in which the support element ( 520 ) is held, which is provided with a pin-like guide part ( 529 ). At this pin-like guide part ( 529 ) adjoins a head-like section ( 530 ) via a smaller diameter neck ( 522 ), the outside diameter of which corresponds approximately to the outside diameter of the pin-like section ( 525 ) of the shaft ( 503 ). This head-like section ( 530 ) is provided with a convex support surface ( 523 ). The pin-like guide part ( 529 ) is provided with a chamfer at its introducer. Similarly, the axial bore ( 528 ) is provided with a chamfer. The head-like section ( 530 ) lies against the end of the peg-shaped section ( 525 ), which is designed as a radial stop surface ( 526 ). From this cone-shaped section ( 525 ) is seen at its end with a chamfer ( 532 ), through which an annular collar-like section ( 527 ) is formed on the end face of the head ( 530 ) facing away from the support surface ( 523 ). This section ( 527 ) forms an engagement surface for a removal tool. The chamfer ( 532 ) can serve as a counter surface for the removal tool.
Also in this embodiment, the outer diameter of the cylindrical portion ( 529 ) of the support element ( 520 ) is matched to the inner diameter of the axial bore ( 528 ) of the shaft ( 503 ) in such a way that a press fit will hold it when inserted. The cylindrical portion (529) of the Abstützele mentes (520) forms a said support member (520) centering guide surface (521) having a length (L) that is significantly greater than the subsequent comparison (522) and the head (530 ), which together have a length (U). Also in this embodiment, the length (L) of the guide surface ( 521 ) is more than half of the total axial length of the support element ( 520 ). The remaining cavity of the axial bore ( 528 ) is so large that it allows the air to be compressed.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 7 and 8, the rotor shaft ( 703 ) has a cylindrical shape up to its end ( 709 ). In the area of the end ( 709 ) it is provided with a frustoconical section from which a head-shaped section ( 730 ) of a support element ( 720 ) protrudes. The support element ( 720 ) is provided with a support surface ( 723 ) which - in contrast to the illustrated embodiment - can also be convex. At the head-like section ( 730 ) adjoins a neck-shaped section ( 722 ) produced by means of an annular groove, followed by a cylindrical section ( 729 ), the outside diameter of which corresponds to the outside diameter of the head-shaped section ( 730 ). The cylindrical portion ( 729 ), which is provided with a chamfer, is inserted into a central axial bore ( 728 ) of the shaft ( 703 ). This axial bore ( 728 ) is delimited by an annular dial ( 726 ) forming an annular collar, against which the end face of the cylindrical surface ( 729 ) comes to rest.
In this embodiment too, the outside diameter of the cylindrical section ( 729 ) is matched to the inside diameter of the axial bore ( 728 ) in such a way that an interference fit is obtained. Between the cylindrical section ( 729 ) and the axial bore ( 728 ) there is a guide surface ( 721 ), the axial length (L) of which is approximately 5 times the length (U) of the part protruding from the shaft ( 703 ), ie of the head-shaped section ( 730 ) and the neck-shaped section ( 722 ). The end face of the head-shaped section ( 730 ) opposite the support surface ( 723 ) serves as an engagement surface ( 727 ) for a removal tool. The end of the shaft ( 703 ) can be used as the counter surface.
As has been explained in all the exemplary embodiments, the support elements ( 20 , 520 , 720 ) are guided by means of central guide surfaces ( 21 , 521 , 721 ), the lengths (L) of which are substantially greater than the total length (L + U) of the respective support elements ( 20 , 520 , 720 ). This ensures that a centering between the support element ( 20 , 520 , 720 ) and the rotor shaft ( 3 , 503 , 703 ) is obtained with a high degree of certainty when plugging (support element 20 ) or plugging in (support element 520 , 720 ). Since these support elements ( 20 , 520 , 720 ) have only a relatively low wetness in relation to the respective rotor shaft ( 3 , 503 , 703 ), it is ensured with sufficient accuracy that the balanced state of the OE spinning rotor is not lost when exchanged goes.
In all versions, it is possible to arrange the support elements ( 20 , 520 , 720 ) so that there is no axial stop. However, this means that a relatively tight press fit must be obtained by appropriate dimensions so that there is no danger that the support element ( 20 , 520 , 720 ) changes its relative position to the shaft ( 3 , 503 , 703 ) during operation. Instead of press fits, it is also possible to connect the support elements ( 20 , 520 , 720 ) to the respective shaft ( 3 , 503 , 703 ) via a corresponding thread. It is advisable to provide fine threads so that the occurrence of imbalances is avoided with sufficient certainty when exchanged.
